FAB-U-LOUS. It was a mum & son mini break, away from home and the day to day stresses of life. They nailed it! This place is absolutely perfect, feels luxurious without the pomp and ceremony. The staff are soooo professional, kind and helpful - but not too much. They master the balance of making you feel at home, but not wanting to be your NBF. An art, that when cracked, makes a place really stand out. The amenities are spot on. The beds and incredibly comfortable. Fluffy white towels and great water pressure make for the perfect showers. The tech is good, it actually works! We were able to chrome cast in a few clicks. We will definitely be back!!!

A little dark in the bar/restaurant, probably better for evenings than lunch (which is when we went) The second floor (just above reception) could do with some additional lighting as for some reason it’s the one floor that feels absent of love. EVERYTHING else was perfect.

The room was simply amazing! From the moment we booked until check-out, the staff were attentive and friendly. The room was spacious, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with the latest technology to enhance our stay. Highlights included a Japanese-style toilet, a steam room, and a Jacuzzi bath, all of which were fantastic features. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for reaching tourist attractions, bars, and cafes.

The hotel was exceptional, with every detail thoughtfully designed for an incredible experience. There was nothing to dislike.

Besides the jacuzzi for tired feet and bodies after walking a whole day, the people were the bonus - from Jorg to Julian to Peter and I forgot some of the names of the receptionists and the very tall doorman’s (Sam?) and the Turkish one. They made the difference from good to excellent. Dutch people in general are helpful and friendly.

One small glitch was housekeeping forgot to top up tissue box. Or maybe they haven’t finished before we came back after dinner, so it’s our bad.

The Location was central to everything we required during our stay. The level of service from staff was beyond exceptional, from the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left. The advice, recomendations & directions were spoton. The attention to detail were of the highest quality from the decore to the dining experience. The excursions organised will be life memorable. As a first time guest of Hotel Twenty Seven it felt like we had been coming for years

The hotel is situated in the lower floor of the Gassan Building, on a commercial block beside Ripley's Believe it or Not and The Tissot Wax Museum. We could walk to almost any venue, whether restaurant or shopping area within 10 minutes. Our jr. suite was luxurious and tastefully decorated. The courteous staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was a contradiction. While so conveniently located, one would expect such 5 star hotel to be in a more upscale area. The main train station was 10 minutes away so there was always a steady flow of crowds. The colourful lighting for the room was controlled via a computerized panel, as was the steam shower. Sometimes we couldn't remember how to change the programme for different lighting effects or how to activate the steam shower. A tutorial is advisable.

The hotel’s position is excellent and is easily accessible. The facilities are exceptional, including an amazing bar with knowledgeable and friendly staff and an on-site Michelin star restaurant, with immaculate service from incredibly professional staff. The rooms are something to behold, with the highest quality of facilities and decor. Our room was exceptionally quiet, with really effective glazing. But the best feature of the hotel is the staff. From arrival to departure, they were flawless. The staff are polite, courteous, attentive, friendly, helpful, discrete, knowledgeable, engaging and utterly professional. I cannot speak highly enough of how they made our stay so perfect.
