The staff and service was exceptional! Arrived early in the morning, the baggage was left at the hotel free of charge. The drivers for the shuttle bus from/to the airport are very professional and kind. At staff's suggestion, an umbrella for the rainy day at Amsterdam was offered. The room was spacious, beds were very comfortable! Bathtub + shower cabin = great combo for relax and cleaning. Kids loved the big room to play around after the long day visiting Amsterdam :) And everything was very clean. All that at a rather affordable price. Leaves a very good impression. Couldn't ask for more 👌🏼 Thanks a lot.

they have asked for a deposit of EUR 50 and did not let us know the amount of tax, nor the amount we should receive in the same account we paid with. Till today I have not received any refund.

The property and the room were clean and well maintained. The staff both at the reception and at the restaurant were very friendly. The driver to the airport was very understanding and reminded you of your belongings before you got on to the shuttle. The rooms are competitively (very decently) priced. All in all, very happy with my choice and would prefer to stay here for my future travels.

The happiness of my children having breakfast and how well we rested, another point in favor of the hotel: the transportation from the hotel to the magnificent and fast airport

We had a problem when we arrived because not knowing that the Park inn was closed and the taxi left us there and we had to walk to the blue because I called to ask for information about what was happening, The pillows are very soft, they lack some firmness

The shuttel service was good, we didn´t need to wait for too long. The contact was clear an precise. Due to Covid there was no buffet so we skipped the breakfast.

Didn´t expect that the hotel was farther away from the airport. The AC couldn´t be changed to heating. They changed the hotel and the information came one day before arrival.

The room was very big and equipped also with the iron and iron board. The bus shuttle to the airport is very convenient and takes you at destination in 10 minutes.

There was no buffet for the breakfast but it was served by the personnel directly at the table with standard stuff (which was anyway good)

We stayed at Radisson Blu we, as ParkInn was closed due to Corona. It was excellent, a great suite, great service. They provided all needed for our baby: Baby bed, making porridge to take away in the morning. The food was also excellent

Location for the travel with car is wonderful. Staffs are so nicely.
