The room was very compact and the staff were very friendly. The room had a great TV which you could easily connect to your own device. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the check-in process was easy to use.

The location, I did not realise it was so far out the centre when booking. It was easy to get the free ferry from Amsterdam Central Station to the other side of the water, but then it was still another 20min walk to the hotel once off the ferry.

Great value for money, hotel is great with the only downfall being its location. Room was lovely, perfect size for 2 people.

The bed was comfortable and great that it could be adjusted to sit up. Was a great location to be just outside of the busy centre of Amsterdam, and close enough to still get to the centre when you want! The room was a bit small but still comfortable. No kitchenette but the breakfast they offer is pretty good! Staff were kind and a helpful, definitely recommend this place :)

When I arrived I took a cab not realizing the ferry was right by the train station it would be nice if that info was given in the welcome email. It would have saved me a 35 euro taxi ride.

It’s a short scenic walk from the ferry which takes you right to the central station. The Hotel Is very Tidy and Modern, allowing you to check in, check out and buy food and drinks using a touch screen. The staff were super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond when we requested some food for a picky eater. The room was compact but cosy and had everything I required, as well as a adjustable bed and a chromecast TV.

The surrounding location during our stay was quite heavily under construction so we had to detour and Look over a construction site, But is out of the hotel’s control. The actual hotel are is lovely and provides seating along a picturesque canal. The shower would sometimes leak into the toilet and the main floor. and A little bit more variety at the self service food and drink station would help.

The breakfast was by far the BEST breakfast I have ever had in my life, I had to ask the name of the chef and it was Emilio from Cuba, and the food was outstanding. They offered gluten-free and lactose-intolerant options that actually tasted good.

I know it is a modern hotel, but the bathroom floor was a bit slippery and there was nothing to get a hold of it.

The property was absolutely beautiful. I absolutely love the colors and style. The hotel was super clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The outdoor seating area is great. Especially the seats down by the canal. I will definitely be staying here again and the guest that was staying with me feels the same way.

The only complaint that I have was the air conditioning in the room. We turned it on because it was feeling a bit stuffy and hot in the room. We set it down to about 19° and nothing happened after hours of that setting. And then decreased it down to its minimum of 18° and set the fan high. it literally ran all night and it was still warm and stuffy. I think it was just a unit that was not working. I did not contact the hotel staff about it only because I was there for a few days. Maybe they could’ve done something about it. I’m sure they could’ve actually. But that’s literally the only issue that I have with the property and like I said, if I would’ve contacted staff, I’m sure they would’ve taken care of it.

Overall this is a very nice place, personnel is super very friendly, it was a greatest pleasure to interact! Super clean, everywhere, everything looks relatively new and fresh, beds were comfy. The only nuance worth pointing out that the triple room seemed too narrow for us, even though it is very ergonomic with its interior. Other than that, all great, would definitely recommend for couples! Also consider that this particular area is not super great for public transport, but you can rent bikes at the hotel, which is anyway the best way to explore Amsterdam.
