Nice room with a good bathroom and a small balcony.

When checking in the girl asked if we wanted to book a table for dinner, my husband was still outside unloading so I said we would get sorted and then come down to sort, she didn't say they were fully booked or almost full, when we went down to sort it was then another girl said no chance as they were full, no suggestion of where else to try or any help trying to get us a table elsewhere. The bathroom toilet is quite high, even my husband's legs didn't touch the floor when sitting, made us laugh. Not much choice left for refreshments. Just green tea and coffee, no decaffeinated coffee or ordinary tea.

It faces to two canals and has a nice view from the restaurant. It's close to the center of the village and the station. The room is enough big for two people. It has two toilet and TV, which is very convenient and less stress.

There is no fridge, so we can keep our drinks cool. The windows can't open except a bath room and feel a bit staffy. No measurements against mosquito.

lovely location and excellent room (looked newly refitted). Very good breakfast, lots of choice . pleasant view from room/balcony area just outside my door (but see comment below).

Lots of work being done to the hotel and the men started work on my floor at 7am which was earlier than I wanted to be woken ! They used the balcony area for machinery for sawing wood, etc. so could not sit out there.,

Lovely place, the staff very friendly, hotel very accommodating. We also had meals which were very tasty. Breakfast was too. Nice setting and close to the centre. Quiet.

Nothing really. Hard to set the warm air, and stop it blowing out cold from the air con but we figured it out in the end

The room was comfortable and offered such a nice view over the canal. The adjacent restaurant had an excellent breakfast and offered a great menu for lunch and dinner! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind…they truly went out of their way to serve me and others.

The stairs going up to the room on the second story were a little steep and narrow, but I was able to navigate them ok at almost 70 years of age 😊

The place is fantastic. The location is next to a little canal, very close to the centre of Franeker, you can enjoy the view when you have your breakfast on the terrace. The bedroom was original, beautiful, big, and very comfortable. I could enjoy a super night and a very relaxing time in the bath. The breakfast was generous. I really recommend you to have dinner there too in the evening. It was delicious and a wonderful moment.

Almost everything was perfect, maybe there was not enough soap in the bathroom.

The suite was big and clean. The employees are friendly. The restaurant is very clean as well. It is close to the centrum :)

The outlet for the heater is literally in the shower area. So showering is kinda dangerous if you splash water on in the outlet.

Great breakfast, started at 8AM, a little late for my liking. Enough choises and great brown bread! ANd a very nice view during breakfast!

Room 3 is on a sort af outdoor gallery. I think it will be great in the ummertime. But in the middle of November with lost of rain its a little cold to get to your room.

The stuffs were super friendly. What did we love the most is the location and the position of the Hotel. Perfect place to stay for couple during the holiday.

Though the breakfast was included with the based price, we would be happy if they could add some more items.
