Great design elements, great bath tub, wonderful room size, big bed, beautiful large windows. Breakfast was superb. Spa was gorgeous in terms of design. Extra pillows in the room. Staff were professional and warm but not clingy. Great bike rental. Aesthetics of the entire place very delightful. Free parking.

Skimpy on towels which were for both the room and the spa/pool area. Had to ask multiple times to be told no to spa reservations for massage. Housekeeping maybe too laid back. The one day our room was cleaned over 3 night stay all of our soap was taken and thrown away so we had to wash hands with body wash. Limited trash bins in the room and NO bin in the toilet room (not good for women). No tissues to be found. No slippers or robes.

Breakfast was great, although it was not clear from the booking website that it was not paid for. Very nice comfortable rooms, good food at the restaurant. Wellness center is very nice.

In such a hotel you would expect more confort in terms of being provided slippers and bath robe for the pool.

Large beautiful hotel. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. Perfect beds. Everything is very clean. Beautiful hall at the entrance with a lot of candles and waterfall. Perfect breakfast and restaurant. Great SPA area. Very helpful and attentive staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. Overall, our family was positively impressed by this hotel and we highly recommend it.

A little bit far from the center of the city, though it is not a problem and it is possible to take a taxi to get there.

the location is not ideal. but with taxi ok to go downtown. The staff is a bit too direct (I locked myself out of the room because I was in between mine and the kids ones all the time and the receptionnist told me this was not a smart thing to do… ) i think several a bit too young… then when asking about restaurants, great advices except they did not tell us that all restaurants are close at 9:00 pm…

Modern, luxurious property in a good location. Nice terrace for breakfast. Would have appreciated a King instead of a Twin room. Wellness area was stunning; reception staff offered free day passes after checkin. Great breakfast; dinner culinary experience did not meeting expectations.

Pricing of Twin vs . King room should be aligned. There shouldn’t be such a large price premium for a King room (on Booking).

Room, lobby, hotel restaurant and bar are very comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant is spacious, but the layout makes it cozy at the same time. The waterfall in the lobby creates an awesome atmosphere. Our room had a spacious (rain)shower and seperate bath which we liked very much. The hotel location was ideal for us, to cycle to the center of Middelburg (10-15 minutes).

The extra parking can be indicated better. We were lucky enough to get one of the last spots on the hotel parking itself. Parking our bikes safely in the basement (right by all the facility and hotel service storage) is nice, but maybe a shed or cover outside would be more representative?

Breakfast was superb !!! Location is great !!! Staff are wonderful, so polite and helpful, very professional. Room and bathroom were fantastic, large and very comfortable, excellent facilities.

We travelled as couple just to get away from city and relax. Was perfect choice for us Breakfast was reach rooms were new and clean. Price and value balance was great. I hope they don't change the price levels and quality of service ever

Just a feedback for the resturant I would have expect a better service and choice of menu For the spa there was a sign of no children but some families were sneaking their kids anyway where was hard to relax inside saunas Also there was no doublebeds they were single beds without a topper that we constantly fall between during night was not comfortable

The place is beautiful, they have a lot of interesting facilities. The staffs were friendly and nice. The environment is welcoming, the suites are giving everything.

No slipers, no dental kit, the staff at the reception polite, but not very friendly. We had to ask for the TV remote control at the reception. A little pricey for the location.
