Great Central Location. Room was comfortable with good air conditioning. Good shower/toilet room, the sink etc is in the bedroom, sounds strange but it does work, clean towels daily. Kitchen and coffee making facilities on the top floor. Beds were comfortable (not the pillows).

Don’t arrive early (before 4pm) as there’s no way to gain access to the hotel. There’s no lift so make sure you’re comfortable with narrow steep stairs. The area was noisy on a couple of nights until 1.00-2.00am. Rubbish pillows, no wardrobe just one area to hang 4 items (ok for short stay). Room (1) was dark at the back of the building.

Perfectly located in the city center and 10 min walking distance from the central station. Excellent value for money. The room was well sized with a large bed and a table and chairs where I could work. It was clean and taken care of everyday. It is warm with both air-conditioning and central heating available. Nice view from the window to the pedestrian street. I would definitely revisit this hotel.

Nothing important. May be I would like the water in the shower to be slightly hotter, but it was fine. A bit noisy late in the night from guys shouting in the pedestrian street, but I guess this can happen.

Nothing ♡ Just 1 comment: I forgot to indicate that I was arriving early and I thought it was just a hotel with a reception desk but the Spanish restaurant opens at 2 pm. Luckely the owner was online and he called the chef and housekeeping so they could let us in. Just make sure you indicate a time of arrival so you do not need to wait. Thank you again for our wonderful sister weekend! I really recommend this place!

Really pretty hotel, they kept the feeling of the building when creating small but comfortable and well assembled hotel rooms! Very nicely decorated. Great staff as well. There was a little mix up with the early check in they handled very well and checked in with me about after.

Not a dislike, just a note to fellow travelers: the stairs are steep, especially going down. So mind that when you have mobility issues (or had a bit to drink).

I've been here twice now and both stays were excellent. The owner was very friendly and even gave me a free upgrade to a larger room during my second visit. Both rooms I've stayed in were exceptionally clean, tidy and comfortable. Process of checking in and checking out is very smooth too. The value for money is amazing too, considering the central location and the facilities. Will definitely be back!

The center of sightseeing place, appropriate size for single travel, nice distance from the staff. My room was placed on the next door of the comfortable terrace! Many incredible cafes are placed near around, you can choose it as you like.

Narrow and keen steps. It's not suitable with big and heavy baggage.

Hotel is in the city centre.. in of the nicest (shopping) streets of Nijmegen. We had room 1 ,a bit in the back of the building, which was good, nice and quiet, slept fine.. Room and bathroom were very clean. All good

No breakfast available at the hotel, but have some nice places around the corner for a good breakfast.

Funky little 6 room hotel above a wonderful little Spanish restaurant. Easy walk from the train station. The city motto is “Old City/Young Vibe” and it’s true.

The only downside to the hotel is the steep staircase to get to the rooms. The rest was great!

Room is designed very lovely and with a lot of nice details. There is a beautiful roof terrace adjoined to a well equipped kitchen where we found free coffee (nespresso machine) and free beers. Staff is really friendly and helpful with all questions. Contact with the hotel owner by email was always helpful, friendly and fast. Room and bathroom were clean and well prepared. The location of the hotel is really nice, it only took us a little walk to visit the nearby park and cafés/bistros as well as nice shops. Bus stations are nearby as well, so our trip to Rammstein at Goffertpark was easily done.

Due to the Rammstein concert, the room was quiet expensive. If you visit during a normal period with normal prices, definitely stay at Lino's. We would definitely come back.

This is a fantastic small hotel. It is clean and the staff is welcoming. There is a kitchen with a Nespresso coffee maker and an assortment of teas, as well as a fridge/stove and plates/bowls etc., so you can save on breakfast and lunch if you like. The bed was comfortable and there was a quiet roof terrace where I worked in the morning. The interior is immaculate, not only clean but the restoration of this historic building was done right, right down to the tile work and how the wooden floor has been installed. This place was built with care - it's in the oldest part of Nijmegen with lovely shops and restaurants all around. The wifi worked well in the room and on the roof terrace. I would gladly have stayed much longer but it was all booked up.

This hotel might be more difficult for those who don't do stairs well. Other than that, it's fantastic.
