Cozy and beautiful hotel, all the staff were really helpful and friendly, we felt very welcomed. The holiday decoration was amazing, had a nice time taking photos! Room was big, had everything necessary and nice coffee provided. Hand written welcome card was a very nice surprise as well:) Would love to stay here again and try the breakfast next time!

The heating was loud at night but earplugs were provided so wasn't a big issue.

This Hotel is an absolutely amazing place to stay. The staff is great and sooo friendly and welcoming! The rooms are nice and pretty. The whole style of the hotel is very unique, history is connected with modern style. And the parking places are very very good and for free. Also the breakfast is absolutely stunning. And if you have any questions or needs, the staff really do everything to make you feel comfortable. Everything is perfect here! We will def come back . Thank you for the great stay!

We really liked the decoration inside and that most parts of the interior design was still authentic. The breakfast buffet was also very good (and great value, in other hotels/places you would pay double). The room was quite spacious and the bathroom clean.

There was a lot of noise and the curtains didn't fully darken the room (lights of the real estate agency opposite the hotel are very bright). I also prefer a normal double bed rather than 2 singles (but that is a personal preference).

a great located large but cosy feeling hotel. very nice family run atmosphere. room was nice and large with balcony which was very welcome on our stay. has shared parking right next door which was good. easy to find with restraunts right opposite. would stay again. ideal if visiting toverland as a very simple and short drive away.

A lovely large family room with a dining table and coffee pod machine. Central location with free parking and restaurants and bars on the doorstep. 45 minutes from Messe Dusseldorf. The hotel matched up with the price paid. Nice breakfast and coffee.

Family room was amazing, really spacious and comfortable - we were so lucky to have found this at the last minute.

Very minor issue but the living area could have done with more lighting

My colleague was traveling for work purposes. This was a great location with parking available on the premises and also close by. Very friendly staff who all spoke very good English. Would recommend.

Very kind host, good breakfast, spacious room. Within walking distance of the restaurants.

Our room was on a busy road and the windows are poorly insulated. We could hear traffic all night. The beds and pillows were old.

Great location - right in the centre of the town. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Lovely room, very clean and comfortable. Great staff - very kind and helpful. Very good and reliable wi-fi.

Can be a bit noisy in the evenings but the room is supplied with ear plugs.

I liked everything. Just like that. Starting from the comfortable parking, where I have managed to squeeze with a 7 m. long van and still left enough space for everyone around me. Finishing with the cozy lounge room where you can have a beer if you are too tired to cross the street for a bar. Etc.

A light in the bathroom could be brighter, No other negatives.
