I really enjoyed my dinners at the restaurant. Everything was always fresh and the staff was very friendly and professional. The lady at the reception always answered my questions thoroughly even if she had something to do.The bed was extremely comfortable which is very important for me because of my back issues.It was also soo quiet. I slept like a baby. The big parking was a nice bonus.

It would be great if there was a mini fridge because when you stay for long it is inconvenient to go to the supermarket or a restaurant all the time. The toilet could be a little cleaner.The wifi was a little weak and unstable.

The staff was great and there was parking available. Breakfast was really nice and the room was really clean.

Unfortunately the toilet was very old and therefore didn’t look as nice. It also had a very noisy but ineffective flush. We had a small mishap with a person from the staff going in the room without knocking when one of us was changing, but there was no bigger issue.

Nice stuff at reception upon arrival, even with free Olieballen on new years eve. The room was clean and for our use well equipped. Parking for free either behind the hotel or on the other side of the street.

At night we stood in front of the locked door and when ringing the bell only the voice mail replied. A person came to see and went away. In a second try he opened the door. One could hear the next door night club's bass in the room.

Nice room for three persons. Front-size rooms of the hotel range over two stores and have two bedrooms. Comfortable and clean rooms, nice hotel, not particularly modern. Good service.

It was exceptionally hot during my visit and the small portable AC unit in my bedroom was nowhere near adequate to bring the temperature down to a reasonable level

The breakfast was excellent and very nice that you could choose from a menu at dinner when staying on half board basis. Very nice staff.

The bathroom in the hotel room we stayed in could use an upgrade.

Rooms were lovely. Bike storage shed was a bonus.

The view out of the back of the hotel over a large expanse of tarmac that was floodlit all night from the adjacent shop was a shame.

We had very good restaurant service. The first night we arrived, even late after their shift they served us dinner to all 5 of us and we ate an awesome meal. Their breakfast service is pretty good as well. We had people with milk intolerences and they served us soy milk every morning, after our request. They're very thoughtful!

Some rooms are exposed to the inside patio, with guest rooms with direct access to it. During our stay, some guests decided to make lots of noise during night time, disturbing guests on the first floor.

Excellent service from the new receptionist/ manger. Hugely helpful with all things, but especially when I discovered I’d left my phone charger at home!

They should have included a basic breakfast for the rate they charged. Something simple like coffee, croissants, cereal. A bit cheeky not to offer anything.

The hotel located in Berk area, it's 25 min on the buss or car from the City of Groningen, the hotel manager very helpful, brilliant food, its good value for the money, good size of the room.Near by they have many shops, if you need it.
