A very pleasant stay. The staff were truly friendly, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The rooms were clean, the breakfasts were standard, and the dinners were very good with generous portions. The location is good, you can take a walk into the city on the weekend. Accessibility by car is also fine, with parking available either in front of the hotel or in a private lot behind the hotel (the access is a bit narrow, but you can find a spot even during the Friday markets).

When it was wet, some local youth tried "drifting" with their cars in the parking lot across from the hotel in the evening. It can be a bit noisy, but it's more about worrying for the parked cars. However, they usually stick to the far end of the parking lot, so nothing has happened. Nothing negative on the hotel's side.

Basic but comfortable rooms. Lovely restaurant and good breakfast. Location is perfect to explore the outdoors as well as lovely towns, Hunebedden and even the city of Groningen. Rooms are quite basic but with coffee and tea in room! Free parking too. Staff was super nice!

It is not very soundproof and sounds of people talking in the hallway sounded very loud, as do doors etc of other rooms. Rooms and bathrooms, also the toiletries in the bathroom, are basic but all you need is there. No fridge though.

We had a lovely and very large room overlooking the front of the hotel. Despite the road outside we heard very little noise at night. We were on a bike tour and the bike storage in a locked room was great. The breakfast was good and extensive. Overall we were very satisfied.

The room was a bit stuffy. We needed to open the windows and we got a couple of mosquitos as a result.

The staff was great and there was parking available. Breakfast was really nice and the room was really clean.

Unfortunately the toilet was very old and therefore didn’t look as nice. It also had a very noisy but ineffective flush. We had a small mishap with a person from the staff going in the room without knocking when one of us was changing, but there was no bigger issue.

I really enjoyed my dinners at the restaurant. Everything was always fresh and the staff was very friendly and professional. The lady at the reception always answered my questions thoroughly even if she had something to do.The bed was extremely comfortable which is very important for me because of my back issues.It was also soo quiet. I slept like a baby. The big parking was a nice bonus.

It would be great if there was a mini fridge because when you stay for long it is inconvenient to go to the supermarket or a restaurant all the time. The toilet could be a little cleaner.The wifi was a little weak and unstable.

Felt very welcome the morning reception was so helpful didn't meet evening staff but I feel sure they would have made us welcome too defiantly will be staying with you again top mark's 😀

Nice stuff at reception upon arrival, even with free Olieballen on new years eve. The room was clean and for our use well equipped. Parking for free either behind the hotel or on the other side of the street.

At night we stood in front of the locked door and when ringing the bell only the voice mail replied. A person came to see and went away. In a second try he opened the door. One could hear the next door night club's bass in the room.

Nice room for three persons. Front-size rooms of the hotel range over two stores and have two bedrooms. Comfortable and clean rooms, nice hotel, not particularly modern. Good service.

The hotel is a bit old but it is very clean. It is the first hotel since a long time that don't have a speckle of dust under the bed.

Need more lighting. Bathroom a bit cold.
