This motel is a little out from the main town but walking distance to a good Monteiths bar/restaurant. We had parking right outside our door, the unit was very big with everything you would need and more, very well stocked. The bathroom was large and there was a separate main bedroom, good sized lounge/dining area also. We slept well as was very quite being away from the main road. Suited our requirements.

Not much we didnt like, maybe just not being walking distance to town. If we had been staying longer would have meant driving everywhere.

Comfortable bed, good shower pressure, clock on microwave was set to correct time. Owner moved us to a unit with an oven as we had non-microwavable food to heat on arrival. Excellent communication with motel - they immediately responded to a query I made the day before arrival. One bedroom unit was spacious. Heat pump kept us warm for the short times we were in residence over the weekend. Location very handy to function that we attended over the weekend.

Could do with a spruce up - is a little bit knocked around the edges.

This was our second time back and will be back again regularly.10/10 Can't fault anything. The room was absolutely spotless. We have stayed in a lot of different motels in Ashburton and this is by far the best.The staff went over and above to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. Also family orientated which we love because we had a surprise visit from our grandchildren one being a new born. We can't speak highly enough of this motel.

The Gentleman at the Front Desk, was Super Welcoming. He Showed Us to Our One bedroom Apartment, which , We found was a lot larger, than Other Motels We had stay At . Everything was Nice & Clean , Large Bed was Super Comfy , Bathroom, very Rommy and great Water Pressure in the Shower. We will Definitely will Return. Thanku 😊

Friendly staff! The room was exceptional, within 10minutes of entering the room we booked another night and got a cheaper rate too, excellent price for what you get. Very clean and tidy. Great pressure in the shower, the bed was also very comfy. The pool was a bonus. We loved staying here and will definitely be back again. Can't speak highly enough of the staff! 10/10

Excellent place to stay for a first time visit to Ashburton. Very quiet, and the rooms had everything we needed for a family stay. The hosts were more than accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were exceptionally clean, and great value for money.

Location was great for us, right near family and staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room is well appointed with a double bed in a separate room and a single bed in the lounge area.

We only used the double bed and the mattress wasn't very comfortable but fine for a few nights.

Owners were very helpful on arrival and accomodating for all our needs. A group of us stayed here and it was good to have a room where we could all gather in the evening for a bit of socialising. the owners also gave us good recommendations for eating places while we were there.

Lovely motel, tucked a street back from SH1 which made it very quiet. Trains were a surprise but not a problem. Nice, warm & well appointed unit. Comfy beds! Love that they are pet friendly as the cuddles with the "wigglebums" was a real treat. Recommed definitely.

Receptionist gave us very helpful suggestions for supper and free cookies! Kitchen amenities were excellent. Large, well appointed rooms - we had a family suite to ourselves.

Location - very hard to access and no services within easy walking distance because the train line runs all through the length of Ashburton with very few crossings.
