We were in one of their newly renovated rooms which they have done quite nicely. The operator at the desk was friendly and could tell he took pride in the work they were starting on renovating their accommodations, and rightly so. Located reasonably close to the airport

My 3 year old is a runner and escape artist, the doors are lovely but couldn't lock them from the inside, so I had to chase him up the stairs (but that's more a me problem lol) Oh and parking was a bit tricky with a skip bin at the end of the row while doing their renovations, and only 2 spaces the end where our room was and a big truck parked in one of the spaces while I dropped my daughter to the airport at 4am, so I couldn't fit so I parked at the community centre next door on my return while we rested until we could go sightseeing, also not really a big deal for us as Mr 3 burned energy at the park there.

The motel has older rooms and started upgrading some rooms. We had an upgraded room (key card access) . Which was lovely, clean and had all we needed. The floor on the 2 storey building is concrete so limited noise between the two levels. The upper rooms don't have direct access to the swimming pool. So if you wnat access from your glass slider, book a lower level room. Public playground just next to the motel

The access gate to the pool and swings was locked a few times. They can add s sharp knife to the kitchen

We used the pool which was really nice after a busy trip. The staff was very friendly. We were given a newly renovated room, which was done very nicely. A suite to be specific, with a kitchenette & everything we needed for a nights stay. Plenty of space for baggage & close to the airport. Also they offer a shuttle to the airport from your room.

Great place as somewhere to stay when arriving on a late flight. Shuttle service is brilliant and our driver was a really nice person, worthy of a special mention 😀. No hesitation in recommending to others.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Offer shuttle to the airport and were really helpful to get me to and from the airport. Definitely recommend it if you have a connection in Auckland. :)

The staff went extra miles to make me feel welcome to their property. Free transport to and from the airport was a plus. Location was great for the venue where I attended the event. Close to the shopping centre too.

The noise of the traffic woke me up. My room was so close to the main road.

My room was newly renovated and was exceptional. Daniel on reception was amazing. Best ever reception iv experienced in my 30 years of travelling. Courtesy coach was on time and very reliable. Cannot thank Daniel enough for his brilliant manner.

I liked how they are close to the airport and provide free airport shuttle pick up/drop off. Great value for money. Great facilities, my grandchildren loved the pool and very convenient to our room. Aircon was great. Very happy with our stay, thank you 😌

The room was comfy for 3 of us adults. It had a nearly complete kitchenette with electric stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, wash basin, small fridge and basic cutlery. But it's not meant for heavy cooking as there was no proper ventilation and it's fine with us. They also provided tea bags, sugar and cream in sachets. There was also a LCD TV, quite large and nearly of HD quality. A short walk from the motel, maybe 3 minutes walk, was a small grocery shop called Airport Dairy Shop, which was opened on Sunday when we're there. For muslim guest, the Al-Maktoum Airport mosque is just about 1 km from the motel and there's also the GetFresh grocery shop where you could get halal meat and food.

Nothing which I didn't like. For a 3 star motel, it's beyond my expectation.

We arrived at 1100pm in Auckland Airport and it was raining. I called the number given in Booking.com and immediately answered by a gentleman, whom I presume was Mr Tan. He came to the airport within 20 minutes and picked us up ( 3 of us). Within 5 - 10 minutes, we arrived at the motel and he dropped us in front of our unit, and infact he handed over the room key inside the van itself. So it was so convenient and seamless for our check in process, considering we're tired after the 10 hours flight. The room came with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, hence suited for our group. Even though the motel was a bit outdated, but it was fully taken care of and I noticed all the units had been painted new. Even the electric heater was new and worked fine during the winter season.

It's all a good experience for us staying at this motel. Our unit was on the first floor, hence I suggest if your group includes elderly person or person with mobility- issue or even if you have many baggages, please request for a ground unit. And if I may suggest, it will be good if additional power sockets be installed in the room.
