The room was clean.

The spa wasn’t working. The tv remote wasn’t working. One of the lights in the lounge kept on flickering. Didn’t feel the staff at reception was friendly and welcoming when we arrived.

I always book at this spot I have never had issues . The receptionist was lovely very friendly. The cleaners were on point . Very nice always had a smile . How ever this time I had brought my two daughters with me , and had the manger of the property with I’m assuming her partner come to my room at 10:15 pm knocking asking if there was a problem. I had replied no. I didn’t open the door I opened the window . Cause I was with my two girls & wasn’t expecting any visitors at that time . They then proceeded to tell me the people below my room had been complaining about the noise for a whole hour . I then told them that I am a family with kids , and my kids just got into bed . I really didn’t appreciate her and that man approach on the situation . They didn’t even tell me who they were , for all I knew they could have been to crack heads that walked off the street. I’m a mother of two girls and she comes to my room with herself and her partner . I just felt unsafe and unwelcomed . She was not nice about it at all about . There is a way to approach things . And she did not approach it in the right manner.

The property manager. I would expect the manager of the property to have a badge . Or something for me to know who she is . Approaching a women’s room with two young kids in the middle of the night with a man without introducing themselves is very bad practice, and not great manners . Have in mind I booked 3 nights for a business meeting. The next day I went to return the room key card . And she called out . As she was not in the office . Didn’t say anything about the situation or anything . Feel super uneasy. I normally not the type of customer who is picky or anything . But cause of this one incident I just felt like it’s not okay. & I paid for a room . And was made to feel unsafe and not welcomed.

The hotel was the perfect place to stay for a late night pick up of family from the airport being less than 15 minutes from the airport. We stayed in a One-Bedroom Suite and this was one of the few hotels which offered this type of suite with a bedroom and two single beds in the living room, at a reasonable rate. This meant we didn't have to all sleep in one small room. The unit was spacious and had basic kitchen facilities. Parking was bit tight but there seemed to be just enough spots.

The bathroom could do with a deeper clean. It wasn't dirty as such - the shower, sink, toilet and main surfaces seemed clean enough, but it was a bit grimy around the edges.

This is our 'go to' place for our (inevitably) early morning flight from Auckland back to Aus. Rooms are always very clean and tidy, provide all the essential amenities, and the location to the airport is pretty darn convenient. Special mention this time around to the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful.

Venue itself is great, but the surrounding suburb is fairly typical airport/industrial area so dining options are limited. It was also surprisingly difficult to refuel the car as the nearest station was actually out of fuel! (almost as bad as a pub with no beer!)

This is an apartment near the airport and that was important for us. At the end of the stay they provided a FREE shuttle service for us to the airport. The two managers we dealt with were wonderful and very accommodating when it came to early arrival, and using hose to wash down the car. The room and kitchen were of very good standard. the unit is close to shops and restaurants. It was very quiet even being close to the airport.

Not the accommodations fault, but it is way out of Auckland.

We chose this motel seen its proximity to the rental car drop offs. It was just a 5 mins’ walk for us which was superb. Moreover they have a free shuttle service to the airport which goes out every hour starting from very early in the morning. Very convenient. The room is large and has all you need. The bed was divine. The shower was nice + there were toiletries.

Value for money this place is perfect. Maybe not the perfect location to explore the city from, but 100% perfect before or after a flight.

We had a one bedroom apartment before and after a flight (so 2 stays). Room was really well cleaned, very spacious in the main area, and a great little kitchenette with everything you need for a quick stay. The free airport shuttle was great, and they picked us up and dropped us off at some terrible times (eg. 1 am and 4 am), so we were very happy with that. Saved quite a lot by not getting a cab each way.

Need new lamps beside bed as they were pretty dirty, bit dated but clean so thats ok.

I have stayed at BKs Best Western a number of times prior and after overseas travel. Their reception staff are friendly and efficient. The 24/7 Airport shuttle service is very convenient. Room was clean and had all required for a short term stay.

On this occasion they only provided 2 bath towels and we had a booking for 3 people. Luckily one of us had packed a beach towel so crisis was averted (would have called reception but we checked in at 1 am after a flight and didn't want to wake the staff over a towel).

I loved the free shuttle bus, was very convenient when I landed and departed. As soon as I got to the room it was so cosy and warm, coming from Cairns Qld it was a delight to feel. The bed was comfortable with extra blankets. The kitchen had enough cutlery pots and pans to cook a nice meal for 2. The 1 bedroom unit was very clean and spacious overall. Milk and coffee was given on request which is appreciated and the shower was nice with good pressure.

Needed more parking space. The Spa bath in our room didn't work but the great shower made up for it. A slight problem with our Virtual Credit Card for payment to accommodation but it was sorted no thanks to the banks but the hotel staff were flexible for payment 3 days later.

The room was great, and meeted our expectations. We're were happy with the space and what was provided. The staff were very lovely and helpful, and also supported us in transport to the airport for our early morning flight which was much appreciated. My partner and I had recently booked accomodation at a Best Western establishment earlier on in the year, and actually had a very unpleasant experience. I gave the brand another opportunity, another chance. And for the one night, it was all good. Thank you!

There wasn't much to be desired in truth, the room was basic, had everything needed. I will say to nitpick at the highest level that the TV remote didn't seem to match the TV and the Televison itself wasn't in great working order. Less a complaint for us, and more so something to note for management. Otherwise, great for everything else.
