The room was clean tidy, wifi, house keeper was great to deal with

I had locked my key card inside while going out for a smoke around 10pm and tried calling motel staff numerous times, had no answer so had to try break in. Eventually got in. And was charged 450 odd dollars for lock replacement. Unfair as i tried calling staff over 10 times and didnt get back into room until 4am the next morning

Great location, loved the bathroom set up, kitchen facilities, loved the self-check in, tidy, spacious, comfortable beds, large tiled shower, good parking.

Undergarments from previous patron/s left hanging behind the door in the bathroom on our arrival, shower was extremely slippery after being exposed to water so very unsafe, no can opener, front door had to be slammed shut every time as the lock didn’t work properly and it was really hard to deal with an actual person as the reception was unmanned for the whole weekend of our stay, no netting on the windows so we felt very exposed and had to keep the curtains closed for the entire stay and noisy patrons over the weekend of our stay.

The room we stayed in suited our needs, it was for 3 adults, all family, it was clean, & towels & kitchen towels were replaced daily. It would have been great if the couch bed had been made up so we each had our own beds, rather than a queen bed & king single. Two of our party (brothers) are 1.97cm tall. The only negative, is that it is on a very busy road & getting in & out of the place at peak times was a little challenging, but not a reason not to return. I would recommend

Very modern. Very nice. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. I found the place secure and quiet considering it was on a main road. It's well placed for moving around Auckland. The after hours procedures for getting in were clear and worked well. I will stay there again.

I can't really comment regarding the kitchenette because I didn't use it except for a glass of water. While there is a hair dryer in the bathroom, there wasn't a power point that I could find and at that level I had to use the power point in the kitchenette to shave.

Have stayed here before, very convenient location for me. Reception only open for a short time during the day. We arrived while staff were there, and this made it much easier than on previous visits. Arrive before 3pm. Plenty of parking and quiet rooms, even though it is right on the highway. Very easy to get around. Sylvia Park shopping centre quite close with plenty of restaurants.

We were super impressed by the size of the apartment, how clean it was and how comfy the beds were. The apartment had all the amenities we would need, in fact it was so well stocked we were impressed! Apartment was squeaky clean and smelt lovely.

The rooms were not as sound proof as one would hope. We woke up to footsteps and the sounds next door through the wall of our bedroom. However no doubt it is an older building so this was a minor inconvenience.

The family room is nice and spacious for a family, big bathroom and great kitchen facilities. The rooms are always clean and well presented.

We did have a couple of issues this time with the room key not working, we haven't had this issue before, and it was fixed fairly quickly, but a little frustrating at the time.

Location and the space for my family and what we needed it for.

We travelled from Hamilton and we called to mention we were going to be late, due to traffic it was later still. He charged us more because of this inconvenience. His manner wasn’t as welcoming. I couldn’t be bothered finding another hotel so I paid it.

It smelled really clean. Fantastic shower and very spacious rooms. Good parking and quick drive to shops. Bed was really comfortable after we fixed it.

There was a full rubbish bin under the sink. The bed was on a lean in the middle so we had to take the mattress off and rearrange the castor's because one was missing. One of the electric blankets didn't work. There were signs about bins and rubbish, but we couldn't find any

We were happy with the room and found the beds comfortable. We had no complaints in regard to the room.

The fact that there were no staff on duty who we could pay. We were not happy having an additional charge added to our credit card. If staff had been on duty we would have paid using our debit card.
