Great location with a short distance from airport and to motorway North or South. Nice to have the option to use pool/spa (seasonal). Good help for recommendations for where to get food when we arrived too late for the restaurant from the girl who checked us in.

You can easily hear noisy guests out in the hallway or trying to get into their rooms which was very annoying after a long day of travelling. Not reflective of the accommodation but the restaurant needs some help with being ready to welcome guests, coffee making and food. My eggs bene was drenched in hollandaise with spinach mixed through. I love hollandaise and didn't think it was possible to ever get enough, but this meal was inedible due to watery poached eggs and hollandaise.

Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Bed was advertised as king bed but it's two small singles combined together. Gf fell in crevice.

Lovely place. Easy to access and find. Seemed it had everything there including a casino, pool, bar and a restaurant. Bed was really comfortable too. Value for money was really good.

I didn’t like the noisy people staying there. Some ladies really loud. Screaming, crying, laughing really loud between 10pm - 1.30am I couldn’t sleep. I had no fork or knife in the room. And no chair to sit down and eat my dinner.

Everything was excellent during our stay. We stayed for one night, and upon arrival our room was upgraded. Receptionist personally showed us to our room himself and was extremely kind and helpful. The room was phenomenally clean, nothing dirty or misplaced. Bed was very very comfy, perfect amount of pillows, too.

The only complaint is that there wasn't a menu in our room for the restaurant, but everything else was spectacular

Loved having the pool and spa on site, and being right next to the restaurant so I could watch the kids swimming while having a coffee. The rooms are good value for money - small but comfortable. Beds and pillows were great, we both had a really comfortable nights sleep.

$25 early check-in fee if you arrive 45 minutes early (even though the room was ready). The pool area closed early one night, although the staff did let us in when we went and asked if we could use it.

I had a late check-in, and the evening receptionist kindly called me to ensure I was still arriving. On arrival, she was extremely polite, showed me around, and even though it was likely getting on to the end of her shift I was not made to feel that I was holding her up. She had exceptional customer service repertoire, was obviously happy in her job, and well presented. (please do let her know this!). The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, the bed was perfectly firm. No external or internal noise kept me awake. The heatpump was not noisy like some accommodation. The shower pressure was a bit disappointing, but on speaking to the receptionist when I left she wrote down what I had to say and said maintenance would look at it that day. Please commend both receptionists that they were immaculately presented, polite, and amenable.

Staying one night. First night shower hot next morning shower cold. When checking out reception thought it was because all guests showered at at a similar time. Not an ideal explanation. Noise transference between rooms. You'll have a quiet night if the guests are quiet otherwise prepare to hear conversations. Excessive bond of $250. due to previous room damage by groups and individuals. Thanks

Enjoyed every moment of our stay. Very pleased with the staffs', specifically cleaning staffs, kindness and willingness to go the extra mile to help and support me and my family. We cannot thank them enough.

Location and Price point was great, if you're working in south Auckland. The staff are friendly and more than willing to help.

Sadly, I had other guests being loud and noisy at night right next to my room, poor sleep for 3 nights. They wouldn't be tamed. They were Australia.

We had a delayed flight which meant we arrived at the hotel early hours of the morning, and once emailing the reception 2 days before our flight explaining this, they left us the room key in a lock box, with a map showing us how to get to our room. Very greatful for a smooth hassle free check-in, stay and check out.

The weather so we could swim.😃
