Super clean space. Got fresh towels, tea restock and rubbish clean each day; even without asking for the room to be tidied up. Had a wide selection of tea and coffee. Big fridge with a freezer and a microwave. Overall was a nice space with secure gated parking.

We stayed for 5 nights. the room was smaller, even though we spend minimal time there, would been nice to have something little bigger as there was nowhere to put our belongings really. There was minimal storage space, only a couple of hangers to hand something. Only one chair by the desk. No counter-space in the bathroom. The kettle had to been put on the desk under the tv so had to make sure the steam doesn’t go up onto the tv. No kitchen space or counter space either. Not a fan of air fresheners but that’s my own preference and was easy fix with putting it into a closed cupboard and opening the window.

Neat and tidy room, beds, toiletries and towels. It had fridge, microwave, iron box and all cutleries. Well done and superb. It was located in a quiet residential area and close to all amenities even by walk. We can find restaurants, wine shops, pump stations and many shops nearly. Car Parking is marvelous and whole property and all facilities are fully safe and secured with electronic swipe cards…. Noticed multicultural tenants stay there.

Only concern is no toaster in room and not in. Common kitchen. Manager said it was not provided for fire safety reasons…. I couldn’t make my own toasts so had to spend more money outside….

We accidentally left our toiletries at the accommodations and they responded to our message by keeping our belongings safe and letting us pick it up afterwards. They weee very nice staff that let us into the gated property and handed over the keys and wifi information. They also have parking, but it is only 1 car per unit, other vehicles would park off street but there is still plenty of spaces around the property.

They did not answer the phone numbers that they had kept on the reception area to call at any time. There was also no way to leave the key card if we had to leave early (like a drop box) either that or I was not told where it was. We had left the key on the reception desk and just informed them on the app and phone number provided.

Great location with a car, easy to get around to places. Great room with lots of closet space. In-room snacks and drinks for purchase. Has a small coffee machine. Really like the slippers and robes in the room- feels luxurious without having to break our wallets. It’s our second stay this year! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Walls not very soundproof- can hear noises from corridors and road outside. The air conditioner was making noise throughout the night- can be a quick fix by the property manager. Can use a closer scanner at the gate entrance, it’s pretty inconvenient having to park up at the entrance, get down and head to the speaker or scanner.

Location was good not far from the motorway. Bed was clean and had crispy white sheets. Very clear instructions with entry and exit. We were upgraded to the room upstairs which we appreciated. Having a mini bar was nice. Having an air-con in the room was lovely.

Bed was too firm but super clean and tidy. Sky sports had only 2 chanels and not on the main chanel 51 or 52. Having no sink to fill our kettle, had to use the bathroom sink was unusual. Bathroom had nowhere to place your clothes or no hooks to hang anything. No where to dry your towels because they usually dont do housekeeping everyday. We had to ask for fresh towels. Only 2 hangers to hang hotel bathrobes but no more hangers to hang our clothes.

The communication was really good, and it was SPOTLESS. The room was immaculate, the kitchenette was great and the bathroom was so clean. The free parking onsite was a bonus and it was very secure with a locked gate that opened with your keycard. The customer service was also really good, and you can tell that they genuinely take pride in their premises and their service. I will be staying here again, definitely.

The security was above most places. It's meant to be hands off for check in and check out. It's gated. Building is white/ivory in color, has umbrellas near entrance, black gate that you can open with your room key.

Description of how to check in and which building wasn't clear. The address on the wall was near an entrance to a condo area and not by the gate.

Very clean and comfortable property, even came with pod coffee to drink . Very polite and helpful staff, would definitely stay again.

Access to check in was a little difficult. You have to press an intercom bell to get the electric gate open and nobody answered for 5 minutes. This meant that my car was parked across a footpath with the back end sticking out into a busy road while we waited. I am surprised that the Council allow this especially as the entrance is on a slightly blind corner.

The room was warm and modernized and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was off the reception area, so it didn't feel 100% private as you could hear people from time to time. But this space was vacant majority of the time we were there, so wasn't too much of an issue. There wasn't a real kitchenette, but the use of a fridge and microwave was helpful.

Very secure place for both us and our car. Modern facilities and reasonably spacious with room for bags and other stuff that we had.

1. Reception was very hard to find on arrival, but staff did great us at the door - should be sign posted. 2. A hassle carrying bags etc upstairs to our room - a lift would have been great. 3. Found it unusual that there were only power points on one side of the bed. There were sufficient in the room though. 4. Would be easier if two cards were issued to us as we had to leave one of us in the room without power when the other left, as the single card is used to access the building at all times as well as operating the power in the upstairs room.
