Beautiful location excellent price room was so comfy and great amenities. The room was spacious and perfect for a small family. The beds were very comfortable.

We came back from a day out to discover or tv was gone. Upon talking to team it turns out house keeping moved it but still unsure why that happened. Staff on site found a new tv for us to have and set it up 😊

Everything was within walking distance Restaurants, Parks ,Shops etc very handy! And the view from our room was beautiful to wake up to

Only negative comment from us was the stains on the ground little baby cockroaches in the bathroom running around. Must be coming up from the pipes also the fan in the bathroom was just making noise not actually working. Otherwise everything else happy guests.

Fabulous location. We had one bedroom Seaview room. Spacious, comfortable bed with all you needed. Could walk everywhere.

The shower over bath. The bath was quite high to step over, so had to hold onto towel rail to get in, also there was no nonslip mat in bath. Had to be very cautious getting in and out. And we are active and mobile, would be a worry for an elderly person.

The room was great, nice and spacious. We were moved over to Shoreline as there was an issue with our room over in Beachfront but the room was the same. I liked the fact there was a DVD player in the room, we had a space to eat, space to relax and a little spot just for me to switch off. Staff were friendly and super helpful too!!

The location.

Poor upkeep - the table chairs in our unit were rusty & the seats loose. The cladding on one wall was coming away. The shower had previously had an attachment for a person with a disability but this attachment was no longer there except for one broken piece. The sliding door to the patio was stuck & wouldn’t open.

We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again. Very clean. The double glazed doors kept the traffic noise out. With the bedroom at the back it was very quiet.

The shower wasn't very powerful, but adequate. The enormous trees on the prom did spoil the view of the sea but made good silhouettes on the sunrise photos.

Modern and cosy room. Loved the spa bath and sea views.

Turned up for check in at 2.00pm and was told the house keeping hadn't been done yet. Had to wait until 2.40pm to get in. We were on the ground floor and it would have been nice if there was an outside table and chairs like the balcony rooms.

The room was comfy and could easily accommodate three adults. I particularly liked the jacuzzi in the bedroom. The necessary facilities were there. The hotel location is within a walking distance to the main road.

I love the location and it's so handy..Beautiful motel, beautiful room..we booked the room at the ocean view and we didn't expect that our room are so nice n big and we love the spa pool inside the bedroom. And we have a lovely stay at the motel for only 2 nights. Can't wait to come back and stay their again.

I didn't like the bed, make me n my husband's backs really sore when we woke up in the morning, and the mirror in the bathroom not clean properly, you can see water stain on the mirror and finger prints on cupboards other than that we really enjoyed our staying at the Motel for only 2 nights. Don't want to leave haha

Extremely good location. Short walk to town and all of the Marine Parade amenities. Very nice, helpful staff. We stayed over Christmas and were surprised to see cleaning staff on duty. They were very cheerful.

Only very basic TV channels. We were not expecting to have to show our vaccination passes. It wasn't a problem , but travelers need to be prepared and to choose somewhere else if not vaccinated.
