Breakfast consisted of cereals, yogurt, trail mix, canned peaches, toast, juice, tea and milk provided in the room for guests to choose and prepare for themselves. The location was perfect for our visit to the Waitomo Caves. Host was on property, extremely friendly and helpful. The yard and patio are beautiful with flowers and succulents. We enjoyed spending time in the beautiful setting.

The room was tiny with no dresser or closet.

I spent a very peaceful night here. This isn’t just a room in someone’s home, my room (and it looked like all the others too) had its own entrance. This meant I couldn’t hear any noise from other guests, and I had a great sleep. It’s ideally situated between Waitomo and Ōtorohanga where you can find plenty of food options. I met one of the hosts and she was lovely, and went the extra mile to provide options that met my dietary needs. Highly recommend!

Honestly I wouldn’t change anything, this was a great spot and felt like good value for money.

Great location for visiting the Waitomo Caves and closes to a supermarket. The kiwi sanctuary in town is also very nice to visit! Breakfast was provided in the room and there was also a microwave.

The unit had very little floor space for 2x people and nowhere to store suitcases, or pack anything away. The kitchen corner shelf was very small to work with, but manageable. The bathroom was beautiful.

Really nice accomodation. Very clean, tidy and everything you need for a refreshing break. Comfortable bed and great bathroom and shower. Exceptional continental breakfast included.Country outlook with beautiful gardens! Nice welcome from host and good communication. Close onsite parking.

Property was clean and the bathroom is beautiful! Pam had the heater on for our arrival which was a lovely touch. Electric blankets, extra quilt and blankets ensured a warm stay during winter. Breakfast was really good, with a selection of porridge, cereals, toast, yoghurts and juice. Very happy with our stay.

Incredibly friendly owners who invited us for a drink and even drove us to the local town when we were stuck without a car! Very comfy bed, lovely complimentary breakfast, and a beautiful view from the bedroom window. What more could you ask for!

We had a good stay in the B&B, we just were there in the evening and left in the morning. Location is great to oversee the valley and watch the sunrise. We asked for some salad bowl and sharp knife which was provided to.us immediately! Breakfast was continental and sufficient. Thank you.

Quiet light in the morning as the window blinds do not keep the sun out. Bathroom could have a bit more place to put things - a small shelf would definitely fit.

We stayed here the night before visiting the caves. Pam was very welcoming and had some great information about dinner options and travel distances. The rooms had everything we could have needed. Beautiful area with the golf course just up the road. Lovely stay.

Pam, the owner, makes sure you're comfortable. While there's not a very spacious area to prepare breakfast, it's more than enough, and Pam provides you with plenty of options for breakfast. We felt very comfortable in her home. Many thanks!
