The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the shower was excellent. It was a cold period when I was there so the efficient heat pump was very welcome. The location was in a very quiet area with easy access into Cambridge.

The breakfast was disappointing. It just consisted of a couple of snack bars and a couple of individual yoghurts. Only a teaspoon and ramekin dish was provided. If I stay again, which I'd be happy to, I'll bring my own bowl and spoon and my own breakfast cereals.

We brought our own breakfast with us but still enjoyed the extra supplies in the room. It was a nice to have a basic shared meeting, cooking and eating room for the guests to use if they wanted to. The owner was friendly and helpful.

Everything was basic and friendly. The facilities were adequate. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. If people want a larger and flashier place to stay there are others nearer town to look at. We found it clean, non fussy and comfortable and just what we wanted

The room was fresh and very clean. Comfortable Two seater was appreciated as often they are not available. Lovely quiet location. Arrived on very cold evening so was great to walk into a warm unit.

The breakfast was minimal. Muesli bars are a snack not breakfast. No bowls provided to mix fresh fruit and yoghurt together. Limited supply of tea bags. Appreciated Bottled water in fridge. Fruit didn't appear very fresh as on apple was going off.

The owners were lovely and made sure i was well looked after during my stay asking if I needed anything and replacing breakfast items as needed. Nice and quiet and a little distance from the road. Comfy bed and good size room.

A little hard to find, but I am not familiar with Cambridge so that may have a little to do with it.

would of preferred cereal over nut bar for breakfast and toast supplied in the kitchen would of being nice

Our host Martin was extremely welcoming helpful and generous The facilities were really good. Very clean and comfortable

The breakfast was a bit minimal, the fruit in the bowl, not very interesting and otherwise only a yoghurt and muesli bars in the fridge

The room was great, Liked the availability of the kitchen area, didn't use it but on another occasion probably would. Note was nice. good place to stay and can see us staying again.

We don't need hosts to be around, but not even greeting us made us feel unwelcome. Found the duvet far too heavy.

I loved the owner, he was so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was great, a topped up when needed which was nice.

After our 3rd night, the beds weren’t as comfortable as our first night. Was hard to sleep on.

Quiet location. Bedsand bedding were good

There is no kitchen facilities in the unit. You had to go to the communal kitchen for a plate or bowl. Luckily there were only two of us in the unit as there were only two chairs and two mugs and glasses. Breakfast was cereal bars and yoghurt and fruit but no bowls in the unit. Only three sachets of coffee although more were available in the communal kitchen

The place was neat and had everything we needed for a night stay. Would have loved to stay longer. We spent the day at Hobbiton and finished the day off with a perfect cool swim in the heated pool. Thank you to the hosts.
