Access to the pool and ability to eat by the pool. Swing & trampoline play area. Ability to walk into town. Fridge size - most places were tiny but this had lots of fridge storage. Super friendly staff. Excellent and powerful shower. The playpark in town is huge and fantastic for all ages.

Ants! There were constantly ants in our property. We had 2 young children and the table was on the carpet so if it was raining we had to eat indoors and borrow a hoover to make sure we didn’t attract any more. It was really quiet despite being a weekend in the height of summer. There isn’t really space to put up the travel cot they have - we had my son on a diagonal half in a cupboard. I’m not sure where he was supposed to go. It was fine for the weekend but I wouldn’t want to stay more than a few nights.

Loved the space of the room, convenient location - a minute walk from marina parade. Room was very tidy and the kitchen facilities were great. 2 burner hob, microwave, mini fridge with freezer and a single drawer dishwasher that was unpacked for us! A++

The fan in the bathroom was really noisy, was a bit frustrating having the flood lights outside the door but the curtains did a good job blocking it out. The parking area is very small. Was disappointed that a crib option was on the booking page but was not available when we arrived. We were able to adapt as our bubs is older but families with younger babies may not be able to. Maybe remove this as an option or invest in a portacot or 2 for families to use.

Our accommodation was exceptional! We were upgraded to the adjoining big house as there was a cancelation! My kids were absolutely overjoyed to get a bedroom each as they don’t have that back home. The house was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy! The staff gave us x4 bottles of milk - what a wonderful surprise! All the staff were lovely. The caretaker was super friendly and chatty. I highly recommend Asure Kapiti Court Motel! We hope to return!

I can't fault this place, it was incredible! My only suggestion would be to put black-out curtains on the windows in the front bedroom as the lights shine in at night. Otherwise, all good!

Nice friendly welcome as always. Unit upgraded and looked wonderful. Spotlessly clean, light and bright. Great colour choices and nice kitchen stools. Shower had wonderful pressure. Small packet of tissues came in so handy. Absolute quietness at nighttime was awesome! Will be back again 😃

The end unit had a spotlight shining in from the shed opposite, making it a bit bright for us as we are used to a dark room.

Excellent location. Village & Beach a short walk away with numerous eateries. Paraparamu Golf Club just across the Road. We loved the pool & artificial grass surrounds with outdoor furniture. The water was a very pleasant temperature to swim at any time. Our 2 Bedroom unit had 2 TVs & Sky Boxes. Staff were pleasant & obliging.

We were greeted by a friendly helpful staff member. The room was pleasant and very clean. There are all the kitchen facilities needed for a stay. The location is perfect and is in easy walking distance of restaurants and the township and the beach. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice.

Maybe individual preference but we thought the bed although large was a bit hard.

The property is located near the town and beach so it is the perfect for families and couples alike. Everything is within walking distance so it is ideal! 👍The room was beautifully clean and the bed was lovely to sleep on. The room was also the perfect size for us. The proprietors are fantastic people and were very welcoming and accommodating 😊

ideal location to the golf club very helpful manager who showed how everything worked kitchenette well provisioned

too much synthetic. the curtains and all the bed coverings. at $250/night one could expect better quality. also a real fire hazard our double /2 bedroom ‘suite’ was incredibly small for 2 couples luckily the other couple couldn’t come!

Location was great. Easy walk to beach front and local township and eateries.

Well, when the room was serviced, I kind of expected staff to check and notice that we were half way thru our last toilet roll......

The king room we had was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped and even had a dish drawer dishwasher. The room was beautifully clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was very good with good water pressure.

You could hear some noise from the room next door, particularly when the fan was turned on in the bathroom and they were taking a shower. But this only happened for a short time.
