Fully equipped, clean apartments with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The 2 heatpumps kept the place cosy and warm. A toilet downstairs and one upstairs was excellent. Swimming pool and hot tub onsite. Quiet location. Just walk across the road to the beach. Good food places to walk to. Very friendly, helpful owners. This was our second time staying there and we'll be back again.

A wonderful location in the heart of Raumati South. Easy walk to the shops and local cafes and restaurants. We were across the road from the beach. We had a family room and an accessible room for our mother as she is an older lady. Her room was all on one level and perfect for her needs and the shower was also not over a bath which was perfect for her. Rooms were clean and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay

We stayed in Apartment 17. Apartment was nice and clean. Rooms were nice and spacious. Bathroom upstairs had heated floor and spa bath was divine. I requested for an Apartment close to pool and it was met plus Andrew was mindful of different ages of my girls that he had the Sofa bed ready for teenager. Loved it so much that we stayed an extra night to enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tub 🥰

Everything was perfect for our little getaway!

The apartment was very roomy we payed for a one bedroom and were given a 2 bedroom with the 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and a toilet downstairs with the living area. Good outdoor seating with sun umbrella and swimming pool in grounds. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants etc.

The access for car was very tight as you go around the perimeter going one way especially if there was any ute’s or large suvs parked.

The resort itself was beautiful. Andrew was absolutely lovely on arrival and throughout our stay. Wished we could have stayed longer longer. The apartments are very clean and tidy and spacious with everything you need. After being on the road for the last 5 weeks and eating out, it was nice to be able to sit down and have a home cooked meal with a full kitchenette. Next time we will definitely be back for longer

We were apartment 21 so our parking was quite small, the neighbour in 22 had parked half on our side which in turn meant we were parked half on 20s side. Other than that everything else was perfect.

We loved the spacious two storey apartment with balconies and views of the pool area. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub especially in the evening when it was lit up with coloured lights. Friendly and helpful staff, close to the beach and a great playground nearby too. A perfect holiday resort and we will be back! Thanks 🙂

We loved the pool and the spa bath and the rooms was conveniently spacious. Loved having separate dining area downstairs and bedrooms upstairs

The price was ok however it wasn't the price I was expecting as didn't select the ages of the children on booking.com which made the price increase - not too sure why the price increases because of their ages as it's the same bedding configuration but anyway overall it was a lovely experience and we would return again

Very surprised in a good way at the quality of the units. Units are spacious and attention to detail was obvious. The high standard of cleanliness did not go unnoticed. This has to be one of the best places I have ever stayed in. If I ever need accommodation in that area again I would rebook without any hesitation.

The only thing I didn't like and this is being very picky was the narrow car access to the units.

Two bedroom room was excellent. As large as some townhouses! Great to have an extra toilet downstairs. Shower was amazing with the dual shower heads. Fully equipped kitchen. Staff member I dealt with was nice. Overall an excellent place to stay and would stay again. Hopefully next time I’ll have more time to relax in the room rather than just coming back to sleep before up and off again.

Only improvement I could see would be to have more comfortable beds. A memory foam or pillow top would go a long way… but I am hyper sensitive with beds due to physical issues so may be ok for others. Otherwise I have no complaints.

A beautiful place to say, with wonderful hosts. The apartment was very clean, spacious and warm, and very well equipped, with views towards the beach and over the pool. The pool and spa were wonderful and it was beautiful to be in the warm water under the stars in the evening. A really stunning place to stay, I highly recommend it.
