We had a basic cabin, and it was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen area was big and well stocked. We could park our car next to the cabin. The cabins were standalone so no noise from the cabin next to us.

The only thing I could say bad is they lock the fridges of a nighttime and that is fine, but it is what time they unlock in the morning. I think 7.45am is a bit late especially if you want to get away early or you like to have a morning coffee, and your milk is locked in the fridge.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were very clear directions to get to our unit, and a map was provided. Staff also drew on the map to make sure we knew exactly where to go. Information book in the room gave details on what was available nearby for food and entertainment. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. They had provided a portacot and cot sheets and blankets. Shower pressure was good and plenty of hot water. I appreciated their efforts to be clean and green and recycle lots and recommend saving power and water.

Nothing I can think of off the top of my head. There wasn't anything I didn't expect. Everything worked as expected and intended. Everything was clean. We didn't use any of the communal areas as we didn't need to.

Located close to Pak n Save and a good range of takeaways, beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and warm. Our kids really enjoyed the play area, the kitchen and bathroom facilities was always clean and there was plenty of parking close the rooms and overall a safe friendly environment. Staff was friendly and helpful as well :)

Clean and comfortable space. Manager on duty was really helpful. Communal kitchen was well-stocked, laundry also very useful. Our cabin had kettle, fridge and microwave plus a bathroom.

It was not quite as good value for money as some equivalent holiday parks. We played $50 less for a holiday park in another major town which had two beds in it as well as all cooking facilities.

We stayed in cabin 28 and it was excellent. It was spotless and had a nice outside sitting area. Bed was comfortable and had a heated mattress cover if required. Furniture was comfortable. The bbq and kitchen facilities on site were well maintained. Everything was there snd in great condition. Close to groceries and vould walk to Caroline Beach (30 minutes). Wish we could have stayrd longer..

We stayed for 1-night, a Saturday, early January. As a family of 3; 2-adults, 1-child (10-yo) we booked a studio apartment which contained a "large double bed and sofa bed" (stated on Booking.com). The room we got had a Queen sized bed, and a couch, which they kindly made up into a 'single-bed'. We were expecting some sort of fold out bigger bed option from the sofa, but, the size was totally fine for us with our 10-yo. I think her age would be about the maximum age you'd go for a 'bed' that size though. The room - The main bed was super comfortable and soft. Very clean. Electric blankets. We loved that the room had so many windows, allowing for beautiful lighting/sunshine to stream in. At the same time, all windows, and ranch slider had either blinds or curtains that fully covered them allowing for both privacy and light block out. The bathroom, clean, tidy, a good size shower and overall bathroom space was quite large. Also had a heated towel rail. Body wash, towels, face cloths, hair dryer, were all provided. The kitchen facilities were perfect. A bench, sink, tiny stove top, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Even a coffee press/plunger. Hot chocolate, teas, sugar, instant coffee and plunger coffee were all provided, along with a fresh bottle of either green or blue topped milk on arrival. The kitchen also had a tiny little 2-seater dining table, right next to the windows and ranch slider by the deck. Our studio also had its own parking space right beside the apartment. The room also had a little heater to use, which we did as the weather was rubbish when we stayed. It heated the whole space very quickly and was quiet, and not smelly like some small heaters can be. The TV had all the basic channels with something to watch for everyone. The Park overall - Staff were so lovely. When checking in, the systems were down, and there were some serious issues with Booking.com reservations.

Everything. Location was handy to supermarket and places to have dinner. The cabin had everthing we needed, the kitchenette was well stocked with utensils etc. The cabin was a great size and I felt very safe staying there alone with my young son. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The playground was awesome for kids.

Always clean and friendly staff. Greeat location for kids and close to everything in town. Pleanty of choice of accommodations and pricing to suit.

My daughter had a panel heater in her room, and the main room had a floor plug-in heater. The main room is a high ceiling with widows at the top. The area would be better served with a small heatpump than a floor heater, which could potentially become a trip hazard at night.

Fabulous location for a family trip. Friendly and helpful staff. Site feels compact and secure and the children could have the freedom to visit playground, playroom etc with minimum supervision. Motel units have good size rooms with comfy beds and room for meals and playtimes indoors. Handy location to access Caroline Bay attractions,

We stayed in a 2bedroom motel unit, it was comfortable, was good for our 2 night stay. Playground was great for our daughter, she enjoyed it even in the rain.

Needs something else to cook with not just a flying pan. Also very noisy, could hear everything the neighbours were doing.
