First time in Whitianga & staying at a holiday park. It was great! Our children loved the pool, the park and the short walk into town. Our cabin was the perfect size for us and we can’t wait to do it again! We’re planning a big trip with the rest of our family too.

It was so muggy and our fan we had was just moving around the already hot air, however we survived and it didn’t put a damper on our stay. It would’ve been great if the pool stayed open longer until around 9pm after the sun had set.

good clean room with a nice little kitchenette to make breakfast and simple dinners in the evening. The toilets and showers were quite close by as well, we really appreciated the info around low tide for the hot water beach and shovels you could borrow was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a family room so had a few more beds than we needed for 3 people but it did just mean the room was a little cramped with no where to put luggage but great value if you were looking for a room for 5 people. We also just had one small saucepan in our room so went up to the main kitchen to be able to use 2 but there isn't actually any cooking equipment in the kitchen. Not a major issue but it's a shame to have a big kitchen with no equipment available.

For a holiday park it was super clean, great ammenties, friendly staff and wonderful people around the park.

The cabins with the shower, wasn't sufficient hot water for 4 people to have. After the first 2 had a quick shower of 2 mins the hot water got finished. We ended up using the communal shower which thankfully was clean. But not. Ideal for. As we wanted the private space.

Perfect location, walking distance to town and swimming in the harbour/boat ramp. The pool was perfect for cooling down in afternoons. The cabin we stayed in was fully equipped and had everything we needed

The WIFI was difficult to log on to

It was very easy to communicate to them. I had to change our schedule to an earlier check in date and there was no issues about it. The weather was bad in Whitianga during our stay of 4 days/3 nights but we still enjoyed the swimming pool. The holiday park is tidy, close to town and beach plus the owners are always willing to help re giving directions, updates about the weather and just being warm hosts.

Family friendly. Facilities were good and handy to rooms. We had 4 cabins all of which were different, one with just beds in one room and a kitchinette, one cabin had 2 rooms with kitchenette, these two were part of shared bathroom but they were handy to these rooms Another cabin had a bathroom, with a kitchenette and the fouth was two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and lounge. Bbq areas were very handy and good for a family of our size. Also has a tv/games room, laundry room and a big shared kitchen which we also made use of. Great place to stay, even though the weather was against us. We came to relax and did just that

Lovely clean little cabin with everything we needed. Campground in good location (walkable into town).

While the campground was nice, there was nothing that had me saying 'wow' I love this place and will come back again. But, it did have everything we needed!

Location was great, facilities awesome. Lady at desk was lovely. Staff pleasant.

Cabin was tidy, clean and quaint. Kids loved the playground and the pool especially. Very near to the town centre and beautiful beaches

The only 'not great' thing we could think of was that it was hard to get the shower to the right temperature

A very beautiful location with so much in walking distance! Really clean showers and kitchen areas + The staff were so helpful - would definitely recommend staying here!!
