Service was great, staff was respectful and dutiful.

The towels need to be replaced. They are old to the point where it tore while I was using it. It has lost its white color. I also need at least 2 towels in the room. I was given just one. My room was not cleaned on my last day at the hotel. Some room service calls I made took a long time to be answered

Ideally situated for an overnight stay between international and internal flights. Airport transfer organised by the hotel was efficient and reasonably priced.

If I was staying longer in Lagos, it would have been out of my price bracket - it is a good deal more expensive than some other, similar quality options.

The staff is fantastic. Particularly the front desk and bartenders.

The food is great. And breakfast is wonderful. However room service items are often missing.

Very lovely hotel in a very quiet and well equipped area. Hair dresser, spa, banks, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Airport shuttle was spot on. I felt like every member of staff went an extra mile to ensure you comfort. Buffet and bar was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel for sure!

All of my friends enjoyed their rooms. Mine on the other hand was very small but cozy. I didn't mind that however, I stumbled across a few issues such as loudness and not so great view but the front desk were very accommodating.

The staff were always very nice and helpful. Appreciate the upgrade from booking.com and the additional upgrade from the hotel. Special recognition to Chidinma, Yusuf and Adebowale.

Room is up to international standards - very comfortable Air conditioning really good

Room service never give you your change when you pay cash for items brought to the room. they feign forgetting to bring the POS device for e-payment so you have to pay cash then they never have change-promising they will bring your change back to the room but never did! If breakfast is not included in your reservation , don’t pay for the hotel breakfast! There is a cheaper restaurant that specialises in breakfast down the road and breakfast is really good. It’s called Orchid Bistro

The breakfast is very good, the category is rich and delicious. The hotel is very clean and safe.

Everything from the reception to my duvet, from the restaurant to the bar, from the pool to the gym. Everything was perfect and fantastic. It worth and deserve five star 🌟

Just the WiFi wasn't the best, many times it disappear from my device and takes a while to reconnect. The WiFi was generally not very good.

Very friendly staff who go the extra mile to fulfill customer’s expectations.

Credit card payments by merchant can be challenging some of the time

The room was beautiful, clean, spacious and the property has 24/7 power. The staff was exceptional.

The ATM was out of service in the lobby.
