Well located in the beautiful Seren environment in Ikeja Lagos. The staff are very welcoming and homely, From the security team to the janitors. The meals , OMG ! Whoever is in that kitchen knows what she is doing. The Meals had home made aromas and taste. I enjoyed every bit of it, Mainly that Nsala soup ( White soup) My room was spacious enough with beautiful interior décors, simple and classy 🥰. My favorite was the night view at the bar and poolside are breathtaking. I love this hotel, and if I am to visit Ikeja again, it would definitely be here .

The shower 🚿 The shower 'oooo Out of the 6 days stay, I could only use the shower on my 6th day. It was fixed same morning that lodged out 😕

The location was easily located with the map. The room size is fair for the location and category. Their meal prices are fair. The environment is neat and beautiful.

The breakfast is not buffet with a static three options. The breakfast is not allowed to be taken to the room even with a request for extra cost.

The breakfast was fair. I ordered noodles and eggs but it took almost two hours to prepare. It was really nice though.

I could hear what the people next door were saying CLEARLY ie it’s not very soundproof. The toilet in my room was also leaking & finally, the directions to the hotel are not the best. On the first night, all the routes that the map asked me to take back to the hotel all had the estate gates locked. I spent over 30 minutes driving from one point to another & on the phone with the receptionist before I could find an open gate. The area is highly residential .

Food in the restaurant was outstanding Very helpful staff Comfortable bed, I slept very well Clean facilities Hot water in shower and bathroom Uninterrupted power Good AC Nice bar area and swimming pool A very pleasant stay, we will be here again WiFi available and working well

My only comment is the water pressure wasn't very strong, but only a minor issue. Also it would be good to have bedside lamps in the rooms

I didn't have breakfast in the hotel so I can't say They had a pool and outdoor bar where I received a guest that came to visit. The pool side had a nice ambience. the hotel is tucked away in a nice and serene neighbourhood of Ikeja lagos so I'd recommend it for a short stay/getaway and it is close to the airport, that makes it convenient for travellers

When you ask for an extra towel, it takes forever to get it. It's 2 people checking in. Why is it not 2 towels in the room? The marble floors in the bathroom are very Slippery. Without a mat For your feet be very careful Otherwise , the hotel is very great for its price value,location and safety thank you

The quietness and good food

The room was clean, simple and modern. However, the bathroom needs to be dip cleaned as mold have started growing in-between the tiles.

My stay was ok. Environment calm and quite. Good for meditation. Meal was fresh and tasty. Room service was great

Paid for one night because I was meant to move to a bigger roon the next day. Before leaving I told the receptionist that I was staying back only for my booking to be cancelled because other people booked the room online. So I had to come back from my appointment to pack my bag to another hotel. Very sad.

Food was good. Staff are friendly. Ample parking. Great location with access to entertainment spots etc.

Water heater didn't work. Towels are dated and threads are coming loose. Water pressure in the shower was a dribble sometimes
