Good option when needing to spend the night near the airport. Nice breakfast selection was available at 4am. Shuttle to / from the airport runs every 30 minutes at NOK80 each way

Easy access from the airport - there are two different buses you can take. One bus drop you off right outside the hotel and cost 80kr, the other drops you off a one minute walk away and costs 42kr. Super convenient. I like when I arrived at 11:50 pm, the staff were unable to find my booking and tried to get me to book a new room. I asked them to check the Booking.com website and that’s when they found my booking. After that check-in was very easy. The room was on the small side but very clean. There is a fitness centre and a sauna. There is also an ironing room. The (free) breakfast was a surprise. There was a great range of food, all appeared fresh, and regularly filled up by the staff. They had a good range of gluten-free options and also many different types of milk for those who are dairy or lactose intolerant. All in all a great stay. Couldn’t really find any fault for the price point and convenience.

My flight was delayed, and therefore so was my check-in time. It was going to be past midnight. I sent a message to the front desk and they had everything ready for me when I arrived so I could go straight up to my room, no waiting around. It was absolutely amazing, especially since I had an early flight the next day!

Shuttle was on time, though it was extremely packed, so please be aware that if you are taking one of the first shuttles in the morning to line up early to guarantee a spot. Not exactly a con of the hotel, or a problem, just something to take notice of if you need an early airport shuttle.

Excellent location for late arrivings and early flights! Although it situated just behind the airport, there was unbelievably silent. Room was cozy and there was possibility to open the window. Even with open window it was silent. Breakfast was very good and in reception was posiibility to buy something to eat all the night long. Unfortunately I didn't have time to visit sauna and gym. Totally recommend this place!

Air conditioning in my room didn´t work propery - for me, it was a little bit too warm but I solved the problem with opening the window and then it was very ok.

Closer to the airport with a good shuttle which drops you near the hotel. Good Breakfast which was included in the price and was available for early morning flight. Friendly front desk and helped us with our requirement for the room. Very quite and comfortable bed for a overnight rest before a long haul flight. Bathroom was functional and clean.

Room per se was not functional . 3 lights were not working so i had to go up to the reception to get the bulbs and change it my self . The TV connection with HDMI connection wasn't working so saw my fav channel on the laptop. No refrigerator in the room

It had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, especially Kristin and the other front desk staff. My room was quiet but it could have used a more comfortable chair and lighting by the desk.

I was disappointed to learn the advertised airport shuttle was not included as it most often is in the US. It was expensive for the distance and one driver charged me twice as he said my credit card didn’t go through. He was brusque and in a hurry 😥 one of the other drivers was very friendly. I felt the evening buffet was on the expensive side and the meal was not as fresh or interesting as the breakfast.

The hotel has good value, is close to the aiport, the shuttle bus costs 80 NOK one way and the trip takes around 10 minutes. There is an option to self-checkin using a tablet at the reception desk, however, it was really laggy and slow, so while it worked in the end, be prepared for a not really smooth experience. Our room had a fantastic view of the runway. The breakfast was okay, no cow milk and very few sweet options, though. Otherwise it was fine, the usual scrambled eggs, mushrooms, bacon, corn flakes, ham, cheese, etc. The checkout process consists of putting your keycards into a little bowl. All in all it does what it says, I would stay there again.

The BEST breakfast in the world. OMG The place is very close to the airport- it’s easy to take a shuttle by passing a small fee and also going back to the airport there is a shuttle. The place is emaculate, clean and the staff is polite, smiling and caring. The magnifying mirror in the mirror is a nice thing. There is a restaurant in their co- owned adjoining Clarion Hotel k/ a Social- the food there is awesome and the vibe is super. The restaurant Manager Rahul is a super nice guy and is very polite and friendly and very professional. He majors your experience more nice

Some rooms are far from the lift.

The breakfast buffet was truly impressive! And the location near to the airport can’t be beat. They have a handy shuttle linking them to the airport, but you can also catch a normal bus for a fraction of the price just 5min away by foot outside a neighbouring hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

The self-checkin was more complicated than speaking with staff the old fashioned way. But since they were used to people using the self-checkin, they weren’t always eager to help, sometimes leaving the desk completely unmanned. Great for the self-reliant traveler, but could be off-putting for those who’re a little more old school.

● The quality/price ratio is very good and I can recommend the hotel. ● Hotel is located next to the runway, as the name suggests, despite planes landing just 300 meters from the window, I didn't hear a single one – the soundproofing of the rooms is impressive. ● It’s a large-capacity hotel that serves its purpose excellently for overnight stays while waiting for a flight connection. ● Hotel allows self-service check-in/check-out, but there is staff available at reception if you need assistance. ● Their breakfast exceeded my expectations, and I really enjoyed it in the morning. ● Hotel looks new, with all the equipment well-maintained, and the interior design is tasteful and pleasant.

● I wouldn't recommend using the vending machine in the hallway, as the prices for the products are not displayed. Paying 16 euros for two cokes and two chocolate bars seemed excessive. ● While the hotel fulfills its purpose, don’t expect any personalized service from the staff. ● Even though the hotel is next to the runway, the distance from the arrivals terminal is 5 kilometers, so you'll need to take a taxi (the ride with Uber takes up to 10 minutes and costs about 15 euros).
