The room i got was lovely. Private bathroom with shower and heated floor and a window that can be opened. Hair dryer. Room was spacious enough, a lot of place to hang up clothes. A table, small fridge, water boiler, TV, comfy bed, pleasant design and atmosphere, view outside - nice.

Was quite hard to move around the territory with a heavy luggage, since the paths and roads were icy and slippery. Would have appreciated if they cleaned or put real sand on the path to the reception and around the territory. The breakfast was ok, but i would have preferred more warm foods available. Like fried eggs with bacon would have been nice. I got a feeling that the receptionist didn't like me from the beginning. Didn't see a good reason for that. The checkout is too early in my opinion. I had to pay 150, just to get to check out at 12.00.

I absolutely loved staying here, from the incredibly detailed advice from staff, versatile kitchen facilities to modern bedrooms - absolutely everything is great value for money. From the lounge, kitchen to breakfast area - there was plenty of opportunities to make friends with other travellers and exciting people. It was my first ever solo holiday and I had an incredible time because of the support, advice and guidance provided by the staff. They were so compassionate, reassuring and kind so if I am ever fortunate to come back to Norway then I will most definitely be staying here and bringing all my family and friends to bask in the positive experience.

Absolutely no complaints.

Breakfast was way better than I expected, I can say similar to expensive hotels. I did not have time to explore much as busy with work and also snow was still in the streets and on the roads, so it was wet everywhere due to snow and rain. Cleanliness, common areas like kitchen and TV lounge. Breakfast was good, not so much variety but good enough for me. The staff was friendly. Free parking which is hard to find in Oslo though access or entrance for the property is not good as there were cars parked on one side of the road so there was space only for one car to go on the road.

It is not a complaint but can be categorized as a suggestion, the toilet paper was not good quality, and accessories in shower areas were missing. But then its a hostel with a budget price so I chose to ignore this.

I had a private room, which was very modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. There was even a refrigerator and TV. The weather in Oslo was very cold (minus 18 degrees C), but the room was so nice and warm. A Norwegian staff member was friendly and helpful. (Some other the staff members weren’t too obliging.) I liked the location, close to both the city center and university by public transportation. One day I even walked to the city center/Grünerløkka.

I am aware that it’s a hostel, but there was no house keeping during the 4 nights I stayed there. It would have been nice to have the trash been emptied and refill of tea and coffee bags and cups. Besides that - taking into account the price - there is not really anything to dislike!

Super friendly budget place to stay in Oslo. Reception is open 24 hours, and breakfast is included in the price. I was lucky to get a last minute discount since I only booked on the day of arrival. Bed was comfortable, and having a hairdryer in the bathroom was nice - I could avoid walking outside with wet hair in the freezing weather.

Only minor inconveniences: the room was quite hot, and the fridge was making noise during the night (I just unplugged it since I didn't have any food in it). I would also prefer the breakfast to be open longer, closing it at 9:30 is early for me :)

The receptionists were really nice and smiling, all of them, we stayed in 5 hotels in Norway and these were the nicest people! The beds were comfortable, the breakfast is ok. It is a good hostel.

The bathroom was bad…the tap was rusty, the cord of the shower is broken, the water sprouts from it in bad angles all over the place, the frame of the door is moulding at the bottom…it is a hostel but some basic maintenance is not expensive! The pillows are so so bad…they are the worst pillows I have ever seen! Apart from the above, everything was ok for the price we paid.

It was a great location, out of the main centre but with super easy transport links. The staff were so friendly, making jokes and smiling away. The faculties were really good, and the breakfast was everything you would need (fresh fruit, meats and cheeses, bread and jam).

If you’re a solo traveller it’s quite crowded, lots of groups, couples and families, but despite that I still made some great friends and the communal kitchen was a great place to meet people. No events to help you meet people - it’s all on you.

Bed was very comfortable and the locker inside of the room had an excellent size to fit my bags. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Showers and toilets were very good. There is also good public transporation access, at night you can get a bus from the airport that will drop you close enough, just a bit of a walk. If you arrive at night and the room is dark be aware that you might have to open your bed, as I have shown in the pic attached. I had trouble finding that out!

It is not central but the public transportation works very well.

We strongly recommend this place. All the facilities were very clean beyond my imagination. It was amazing. The staff were also very friendly. towel. Sheet. bedding. Everything was clean and free to use. The breakfast buffet was just basic but we were very satisfied. If we go to Oslo again someday, we will choose this place. Again, Room cleanliness here is cleaner than any expensive hotel. I inspected the window frame with my finger and there was no dust same for the floor. The shared kitchen has all cooking utensils, so you don't have to bring them from home. The only downside is that Norway is expensive. So, if possible, it would be very economical for you to bring your own canned food or pasta and cook it yourself. FromCopenhagen.InP

The people at the front desk were very nice and made us feel welcome. There was a kitchen available with kettles, stove, oven, fridge and freezer and utensils. The room was small, but comfortable and it even had a TV. The towels were provided, which was great because we were traveling with just backpacks. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and it was really tasty.

It was quite cold in the bathroom and shower, but that is the only thing I can think of that I didn't like.
