This is a nice choice in Lillehammer, well located and very nicely decorated rooms, super comfy beds. Wi-Fi works, toiletries smell great and it is an overall great choice. The breakfast is very good.

The room we had was really tiny and then some choices could be made, like some hooks to put hats and handbags, smaller lamps (these are huge) and maybe more streamlined sitting. There was some sort of climate thing in the bathroom that was broken and there was no towel to go out from the shower.

Everything! location is perfect for central Station bus and train transport from Oslo and to ski resorts. Also in the heart of town for shops, restaurants etc. Hotel is beautifully appointed and the Egon restaurant, part of the hotel complex, is top notch, probably an all-time favorite globally. Rooms are compact but with everything you could want. perfectly heated ( under your control) and tastefully decorated. The roof-top bar is awesome, cozy and has amazing views. The staff are really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We cannot fault Aksjemollen, we'd recommend it to anyone. Memorable.

Excellent hotel in a good location, with many local restaurants close by. Breakfast vey good.

Whilst we appreciate that this was a classic Norwegian hotel, our twin room was quite cramped for the price we paid, also the 'twin' was two single mattresses on a double base. Hmmmm. Whilst we were there it was hot and there was no air conditioning in our room. Shower was not the biggest.

The room and the front desk were amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure our trip went well! The view, bathroom toiletries and facilities in the room were the best we had throughout our whole trip.

Lack of non dairy milk or margarine at the breakfast buffet. These were available at every other hotel breakfast buffet I went to in Norway.

The hotel has been recently renovated. The Norwegians do cosy really well. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very modern. There was a Nespresso machine in our room. The room was very clean. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was superb with a large selection to chose from and very fresh. We also ate in the restaurant which was go good we went back a second night. The top bar was also very cosy, with friendly staff and a great view of Lillehammer. The hotel is right in the centre and easy to walk out into town for dinner.

I have nothing negative to say!

Breakfast was at least as good as the pictures showed. The outdoor area to eat at was a pleasant surprise. The beds are super comfy with ample pillows. The gf loved the decorative wheat sprigs on the beds. Tea everywhere at all times.

location is excellent with easy access to public transport. the property has been decorated to a very high standard and is well maintained. staff are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. good breakfast.

the rooms are warm and it’s difficult to regulate the temperature. the beds (for me) were overly soft.

Room was very nicely appointed, staff friendly and extremely helpful. We felt well cared for. Great location. Breakfast was typical European buffet, plenty to eat. We booked same day. It was an excellent value. I would highly recommend this hotel

Amazing customer service in the reception. Smiley employees, helpful all the time. Bedroom comfortable and clean with a nice view, and well located, steps away from the center, restaurants and ski resorts.

They can improve the variety of options for breakfast and include parking nearby!

Modern, clean and very comfortable room for a family (2 adults and a child). Perfect location for visiting Lillehammer only a few minutes walk from train station. The adjoining restaurant is lovely and the food was brilliant - good selection of vegetarian food too. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.
