Very unique hotel made completely of wood. Great concept. Good breakfast, not as much variety as we had in other hotels but still very decent.

The stuff in the restaurant did not have great English, but we’re still able to communicate ahd they were very friendly, Only had one little pillow to sleep on, got up in the middle of the night and had to put towels and jackets under the pillow to be able to sleep, but these were minor things and we still enjoyed the hotel

Beautiful room with a view (we were located to the lakeside)! Thanks to all the wood it was quite cozy, yet modern! The bathroom was huge and included rituals soap! Beds were very comfortable and there was enough space to park (and load) our electric car. We loved the breakfast. Enough choice and everything was very fresh and more than tasty! The staff was friendly as well. The roof terrace had brilliant views!!!!

It is a bit expensive, but in the end worth it!

The wood has a beautiful structure and smells great. The family room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. The accommodation is close to the lake and has a beautiful scenery. You can enjoy the magnificent lake view from the windows. The breakfast is rich, and the staff are busy replenishing the dishes and still greet the guests with smile.More suitable for self-driving.

The all-wood construction is really stunning, but it also means that the sound insulation is in poor condition. You can hear the movement of the rooms upstairs and from the next room. Also, there is no electric kettle and water cup in the room. But this did not affect our wonderful stay experience.

Stunning location with great room and view. Centered between Hamar, Lillehammer and Gjøvik, and within a small car drive to everything we wanted to visit. Compared to hotels around the area and cities mentioned above, the room you get for the price can't be compared. Surprisingly great value.

Was a bit dusty in the room, especially the floors, when we checked in, but overall great experience.

The room was large, very clean and tidy and good beds for all four of us. The scene view from windows was fabulous. There was a good large parking space with Tesla superchargers. The breakfast was excellent. We could continue our trip with full battery from here.

Nothing, it was a perfect experience. This hotel totally exceeded our expectation. As only negative thing was that other nearby restaurants selection was small (McDonalds).

The hotel and location is amazing!!! The view is just fantastic!

We had breakfast at the hotel .. the food which should be warm ( bacon and fried egg) were very cold .. we told the staff but no solution offered during our breakfast … or didn’t even bother to offer us warm one ..just ignored it . We were just disappointed of this reaction toward the hotel guests.. even in bed and breakfast would be the response different

We loved experiencing the unique Scandinavian design. The whole building inside and out was beautifully and thoughtfully put together. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The rooftop deck was also enjoyable.

The food was ok. We had the breakfast but opted for dinner out at arrival even though we were tired and would have preferred dining in the beautiful space. This was a missed opportunity for the hotel.

Interesting place really. Very clean and well kept with an enormous amount of activities in and around the hotel itself especially if you have children which we didn't. It does seem a little sterile and has a more managed park feel to it than I would like but for our short stay it was great and reasonably priced. There are Tesla superchargers right there which is great for some though not mentioned on the hotel details. The town of Brumunddal is very small, offering limited opportunities for exploration but I imagine most guests stick around the hotel anyway. That said, we did find an excellent Indian restaurant, the Riyasat, in the town which I would recommend.

We had an economy room as it was the only room left and although it was excellent value, I can't help but miss coffee making facilities in the room and perhaps a mini bar. These are fairly rare while travelling around Norway so it isn't really a negative I guess.

It is impressive to see such a high building made of wood. The sunset on the roof top and from our suite room was one of the best views we enjoyed. The room was spacious and quiet and we were glad that the sofa bed was of good quality and comfortable. The breakfast was also good with various types of food, smoothies, salads etc.

Honestly I love this place. The view is absolutely staggering (there's a viewing platform on the top floor). The breakfast was the best hotel buffet I've ever seen (salmon, cheese, fresh fruit, loads more). And the hotel is made of WOOD! Amazing.

Brumunddal itself hasn't got loads going on in the winter, although you'll be able to find some pleasant restaurants there.
