Wonderful location! Staff is super helpful and polite. I was to specifically mention: 1. Mohamed Ilias (for making us wonderful elephants and turtles out of towels on the bed!) 2. Rajeev (for making us excellent masala tea for breakfast and attending to us in a great way) 3. The hotel accommodated my gluten free and dairy free diet, even changed their usual recipes to fit this. Thank you

Maybe the room felt a bit small but overall super. Food was average maybe a bit more care with food to make it a food destination

The hotel is very clean and bright. The staff is nice and helpful. We arrived before the check in time and they found us a room anyway even if we have to wait one hour for that. The breakfast is excellent and the food in general is great (we tried the Peridot buffet and the bar on the beach). The beach is awsome and very quite. The beds comfortable. The room was awsome and big and they have an espresso machine (with Illy coffee! Very appreciated from us italian people!).

The swimming pool is not heated so I was freezing to swim there after sunset. And would be nice to have an heated jacuzzi! The happy hour in the bar is a little boring as there are only few seats outside in the balcony and inside is not so nice. Not many options for the mocktails. I suggest instead the beach bar for the drinks!

Gym could be bigger with better air con. And better view. I think it’s a shame you cannot use spa such as sauna or steam room unless you have booked a treatment

Breakfast is very mediocre. The food is usually a repeat, and there are not many options. The only good thing is the omelette station. Everything else is stale and low-quality food.

Not many breakfast options. We stayed there for a week, and the only thing that kept us going during breakfast was the freshly made "karak" and the live egg station. All the other food options were repeats and were not fresh. During dinner, it was the same routine, not many options, and the sushi was like it was out of an old can. The pasta station for dinner was a relief! There was an Indian theme night the week we were staying, which was wonderful, but apart from that, there was nothing outstanding with the food option.

Beautiful serene calming environment. Beach was amazing, the swimming pool was always at a lovely temperature. Never felt too busy. The choice at breakfast was the best we've ever had! Service was exemplary, every member of staff we encountered were kind, attentive and had a smile on their face. We will definitely be coming back!

There is a choice of three restaurants to eat at, one is a pool bar. As we were there for 6 nights we could have done maybe with one or two more restaurants for choice, but saying that we can't complain about the choice available and the buffets that were offered!

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed. There is a huge private beach which is amazing. There is no "sun bed war" between the guests, so you can sleep all you want and you don't have to run to the beach to claim your seat with the towel early in the morning. There is plenty of space on the beach and there is always sun bed waiting for you, it doesn't matter what time you will go there, they will always find a place for you. The staff in the hotel is very kind and helpful. The best restaurant for us was Peridot, mainly because of the people working there, especially Neeraj and Mina :)

The staff in Zuka and beach area was not organised very well and they should improve their language skills.

You get your money’s worth. The location is spectacular with a lovely sandy beach nestled between low cliffs. March is an excellent time to visit, the water and air temps are just perfect. At night the waves lit up with bioluminescence. Within a short driving distance are many hikes, lots of water actives on site. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the rooms spacious and the balconies such a joy to relax on. Lots of attention to detail in the rooms like a pillow menu, makeup towels, ear plugs, smart switches. Breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Five year old loved the kid’s club.

Phone malfunctioned and started lighting up in the middle of the night. Barely any Omani food to experience

We loved our stay here. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an enormous suite which was amazing. It was beautifully decorated with a large balcony overlooking the beach / sea. All the food was excellent. Service was also great. The hotel is set in a private, sheltered cove and the beach area is lovely with plenty of sun beds. Massage at the spa was fantastic - the treatment rooms have a great view of the sea. Definitely recommended for a luxury stay.

Food and drink prices are very expensive. There is nothing near the hotel so you don’t have any options of other places to eat unless you have a car or take a taxi.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Yes it’s a luxurious 5 star hotel and there are many in the world but the staff were truly amazing from our lovely housekeeper Salman, the fantastic people who looked after us on the beach and the waiting staff in the restaurants who had that lovely balance between being attentive but not suffocating us. The food everywhere was of the highest standard. I don’t normally spend this much money on a hotel but I would not hesitate to do the same again if I could get the same level of comfort and service as we experienced at Jumeirah beach. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.

Nothing at all but perhaps complimentary transfers from the airport would be a nice touch.

location was great place in a private Bay - wonderfull room with excellent seaview. restaurants very good but most of all wonderfull staff, so kind attentive and positive. Mukesh was our favorite amongst many other that did an excellent job. Hope to be back soon.
