My overall stay was very comfortable we stayed there for 16 days me and my family enjoyed alot staying there. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very courteous specifically the housekeeping staff Munawar and Ravi and the servers were very good specifically Rahim and the lady servers also very good the managers too are very helpful we felt we were at home.

My airport pick up they send a car and we were 4 people had 11 suitcases. The key cards almost every couple of days we go the room and it doesn't work then we have to go down to the front desk get it fixed and the come back to your room that makes you mad.

Avari Towers is almost always my first preference when I visit Karachi (I only book at other hotels when there is no availability at Avari Towers!). This time was no exception. The staff are always excellent and special mention must be given to Ms Rushna who expedited our stay. The only, very slight, complaint is that my mother was unable to be booked into a room on the same floor as myself but this can be put down to the fact that the hotel was VEY busy (it being the height of the wedding and Christmas season). Nevertheless I would still highly recommend this property. And the buffet breakfast was also brilliant with a huge choice of continental and local favorites to suit every taste.

As stated above the hotel was unable to book my pensioner mother on the same floor as myself. But this can be explained by the huge number of guests because of the height of the holiday and wedding season. However, the hotel managed to move my mother to a room nearer, as soon as it became available. As a bonus, it was a suite and a FREE upgrade. Thank you Avari Towers

Superb location.. staff was kind and hospitable. Specially rushna and Fatima at the reception and mona at the Asia live .check in and check out was quick. Bed was very comfortable. Room lighting is cozy and view from 6th floor was splendid.breakfast was good with decent variety.

Snacks in the mini bar were way too expensive. Rates of snacks must be mentioned in the room in a clear way. Balcony of the room was closed for security reasons. Sitting area at the main lobby didn't have compfy chairs and can be improved. Hair dryer was attached at the table in the living space with no mirror beside it. It should be fixed in washroom near mirror.

In my view the most important factor of a successful hotel stay is the service the staff provide. My daily interaction with most of them made my stay memorable. I would like to mention some of the names for the their excellent service: Arshad -Laundry, Tanveer and Ekta-housekeeping, Ghulam Nabi and Shumaila-room service, Mahan-supervisor. My elderly mother who was confined to a wheelchair felt over the moon when staff were always on hand to assist and accomodate. Truly an inclusive hotel for people with special needs. Thank you all.

I would have liked to see more gift shops of different variety. Also, based on my circumstances (mum being an elderly wheel chair guest) it was sometimes not easy to get her ready for free breakfast service therefore, charges for room service could have been waived only for her? I had to ask the reception staff a few times but will accept that on 2 occasions hotel was sympathetic and waived the charges. Thank you for that.

The best thing about the hotel are the staff - they are all absolutely amazing - from Itrat the manager I met at breakfast to Mahan, who was so polite and nothing was too much trouble for him. Then there is the main reception staff - very professional and polite (even when I was being slightly blunt - long flight but no excuses) The staff are a huge asset to this hotel.

It was a shame the swimming pool was out of order for refurbishment which wasn’t advertised at the time of booking - rooms could do with a bit of an uplift.

I am a regular person who normally stay at Avari Towers Karachi whenever i come to this city. Avari Towers' location is best as maximum of the Government Offices are nearby. Secondly, the stafff and cleanliness of the Hotel are unmatched. During the present visit i noticed that the young generation was efficiently working specially at front desk and other places and good to observe Women empowerment display at the Hotel. The best thing about it as they always upgrade my room for being a loyal customer. Must keep it up. Thumbs up for the property.

The bad thing is that the Swiming Pool has been under renovation for last 2 years or more. That is a bit upsetting as with out a Pool facility one feel something lacking where you are staying. The management has been requested to get it completed as soon as possible.

Great hotel with very friendly staff from check in to the breakfast and cleaning folks (Farooq). Great breakfast to get you started for the day. Everyone in breakfast staff from managers to waiters are very responsive and ensure you are getting excellent service.

Fundamental issue with the bathroom doors in the room. They don't close properly. Not a problem. If you are staying alone or as a couple. But, as a family it is a bit annoying. Highly recommend to think about fixing these doors when planning next renovation.

The hospitality of the Avari Towers' staff is truly commendable, exhibiting a friendly and welcoming demeanor. The efficiency of the room service is noteworthy. Ms. Rashna, the guest relations manager, consistently demonstrates a high level of attentiveness towards ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

While I stayed at a Standard King Room, I found the size to be somewhat limited for my preference. Despite the room not meeting my expectations in terms of spaciousness, I must emphasize that my overall experience was excellent, especially regarding the level of service provided.

Excellently located, better than any 5 Star hotels in Karachi, we got a business class floor with a suite. Good facilities, wonderful staff! Superb breakfast every day.

I invited friends and relatives to a tea gathering on 6 March between 4-6pm. As male members wanted to perform Asr prayers at the hotel, the staff directed my guests to a basement makeshift mosque for staff outside the hotel under the driveway. I was quite ashamed as I could not offer my guests a prayer room in the hotel lobby or closer where they could pray in comfort. I do hope Avari Karachi thinks about this failing.

The staff from the end to end was amazing and extremely professional which showed to much care respect and kindness and make us feel home away from home! The staff team need deserved a raise they are absolutely superb! The housekeeping maid Shaqenthla kept our room clean and organized when we were away and everything was always there without us even asking or requesting! Also top down the best breakfast we had which was outstanding 10/20!!

We needing like the pricing which for valet and auto service which we thought was a too much.
