Very comfortable, secure, close proximity to airport (shuttle service) & easy access to shara e faisal to connect to city. Nice gym & swimming pool. Also have massage & salon. Staff were very helpful & professional. I must commend Mr Farrukh Islam for making our stay very comfortable & flexible. Also I thank Ms Shazia & others on reception.

Nothing i disliked. Breakfast was good but still there is some room for improvement. Although you will find desi/local touch dominant but for western breakfast chef may consider serving scrambled eggs, french omelette, properly done sausages, hash browns, full english breakfast, etc. Nevertheless you will find some reasonable variety here to cover most western food in buffet.

I have stayed here a couple of times after a very long drive and the night before I fly home. This time in a suite, which was lovely. I think they are doing some improvement works outside but I think it will be nice when it is finished. The hotel and grounds are a welcome break from the rest of the city. We went for a swim and I am glad I wasn't made to feel awkward as a western woman in a swimming costume.

The TV is a bit behind the times and I was surprised that there was only one bottle of red wine available and it was £120 (3-4 times more than it would be in any other country!). It is a shame that Pakistan/Karachi isn't there yet :-(

Staff was excellent, very caring, polite, and friendly. The hotel location was excellent . The room service was excellent. The food was brilliant, and the staff was very cooperative , Shauket, Bader very caring.

Location and staff

No hair dryer when got one it didn’t work, good job as it would have been dangerous to use as back cover was missing where hair could have tangled. Took 5 attempts to get an iron but after 30 minutes they asked to get it back, for the size of hotel they should have iron for each room or make a ironing room where guests could iron clothes. Room windows never been cleaned and net curtain which was white once upon a time.

Our stay was exceptional staff from the reception to the bell boys and managers were amazing they went out of way to make our stay comfortable. Special thanks to Noman for driving me around Karachi and to all the places where I haven’t been for years . Even visiting the dargha with me . Surely will come again in few month inshallah

It was nice and clean but the taxi service and frontline staff were subpar. The taxi was unclean and the taxi driver was calling me during the flight. When I landed I was unable to locate the driver. I called and he finally arrived after drinking his tea. The taxi car was unclean. When I arrived at the hotel, there was a long line at the main desk and the whole process took 30 min because the staff were busy talking amongst themselves. It was only after I complained that they hurriedly checked me in.

The customer service could be greatly improved.

Breakfast is excellent, and the cleaning staff is very professional. I would like to extend special thanks to Madam Shazia, Mr. Ali, and Mr. Imtiaz. We feel very proud to stay at Ramada Airport Hotel Karachi which is the best place for a stay.

Shower bracket was loose it fell off while i was showering, this could present a hazard if it was a child showing. I reported to house keeping but no plumber arrived even after 24hrs...then I checked out

Smooth checkin and good food optios. Brekfast was good starting as early as 0630 and had local and internatinal options. Staff and chef were courtious.

On checkout they charged me 400 PKR aound 2 USD as service charges which was discappointing and should have been part of room price. Communicated same thing to staff.

Room was fine in size and was clean with comfortable furniture. very nice pool side restaurant. very good breakfast with good variety for food. Close to airport (10 minutes drive) any very secured place to stay. Staff is good and try to help as much as they can. lobby area is nice to site and have business discussion or just talk on coffee.

Most of the front desk staff was under training. was shocked to know that Booking.com confirmed booking doesn't mean we will get a room for sure. that was a learning for us. Was overcharged for two rooms and still waiting for refund of over payment. Due to this issue it took one and half hour to check out since the whole team was trying to sort out the issue and that was very irritating. good thing is that they were all trying to help with their limited experience. Airport drop was booked hours ago but driver showed up 25 minutes late vs booked time slot.
