About the way to the hostel: it leads through an industrial area, along the street there are high fences with entrances to the factories. It seemed quite okay though. On a sunday there was nobody there, but on weekdays there are workers, as a woman do expect to be catcalled. You can also get a Bus on the main street until the square of Av. Faucette and Bocanegra and walk the last bit. I wouldn‘t want to walk there at night though, but that is true for the rest of Lima to so :)

Easy to find, just a 20-25 minute walk from the airport. Staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, speaking both English and Spanish. They also found me a good deal on a taxi the next morning, and called it for me. Rooms were clean, and each bed had a personal electrical outlit and reading light. The shower had hot water if that is important to you. There are plenty of restaurants around the corner, and even though I went out to get food late, they had staff there to answer the door when I returned. I will make sure to come back the next time I need an inexpensive spot close to Lima Airport.

The location is near the airport, about a 20 minute walk at a decent speed.on a main avenue, great for those who are looking for something like a last minute reservation request specially if you are arriving late to Lima.

The area is not the best to walk after sun hours , the streets are very empty , even the main avenue, it's better off to definitely grab a cab or Uber to get there after 6:00 pm I would suggest. There is noise from traffic, that was another downside since the hostel is right in front of a main avenue.

Comfy beds and nice communal area, pool table n fusbal were great and kitchen was well equipped also had free drinking water which was a big plus. Staff were really nice friendly and helpful, we arrived at 2am and the man at the desk made sure we settled in quickly n smoothly which was much appreciated

The location was really useful as it was close to the airport but also was right on the main road so could hear traffic from the dorms which wasn’t a deal breaker but was quite loud sometimes

Everything ! --the fact that it's 24/7 and I could check in before 6am!!! And finish sleeping!! Coming in on a night bus, I really needed that!! Communication--answering my questions before arrival. Nice, kind, helpful staff! Called uber for me, Advised sightseeing. Clean, spacious, quiet, with good kitchen. Excellent bunk beds with lights, outlet. Hot shower. Good luggage storage, both large lockable cabinets and room. Pool table, ping pong table, hockey table. Cheap! Within a mile of the airport. Best value I've found in years of travel. Definitely recommend !

Can't thing of anything. It was perfect for me.

I have stayed in many accommodations near the airport, some expensive and some cheap. However the quality for the price was great! Staff were very friendly and helped me call a taxi early morning. Comfortable, quiet and not far from the airport was a great place for a quick stay overnight. They also provide snacks and water at affordable prices in comparison with the airport.

The shower never got hot but was room temperature, so it was still better than cold!

The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly! They helped us with directions into the city, and had a lot of good info to provide. The rooms / bathroom were very clean. There are lockers and a refrigerator available, and shower towels are available for rent (4 soles each).

Lovely terrace, good clean bed and nice guests. The man on reception was fantastic. I had trouble with a taxi driver. He was very helpful in resolving a very stressful situation. He helped me with directions and gave me a few tips for my journey going forward. I can’t thank him enough.

Great location for overnight layover and staff are very attentive and friendly. I took a private room and felt is was a good value. Taxi from airport was 45 soles and return was 20. I don't know how you can circumvent the airport taxi syndicate.

I was quite surprised that there was no coffee in the building, not for free or to buy. That makes my morning start off quite rough.

Paypurix has just reopened this week after closure due to COVID. Here are my pillars of a good hostel and how this place stacks up: Cleanliness - No issues Temperature - Warm place Hot Water - Requires some adjustment but nice hot water once you figure out the controls, the same in many places in Peru Hosts - Kind helpful host, currently only one staff member running the place but very helpful WiFi - Strong connection Location - 20 minutes walk from the airport, I used it asi had an early morning flight, for me it was a relatively safe walk but it is very quiet so please make your own assessment outside daylight hours Managed to take a combi from nearby to Miraflores for S/4 each way, does take a bit longer than a taxi Amenities - Towel S/4 for the stay, lots of games (pool tables etc which I didn't get the time to use) Value - For the price paid great value for money paid, was relatively empty as it has just reopened

Nothing really, just remember this is an airport hostel so wouldn't recommend if you're staying in Lima for more than a few days/don't need the airport
