I got locked out of my room outside the balcony in the middle of the night . I heard the sound of the automatic lock and feared I wouldn’t get back until the next morning.

I stayed in a suit with the kitchenette, though it would've be nice to have kitchen towels, paper towels and soap for dishes.

Location was spot on - so so so central but still very quiet. Room was a good size and very comfortable bed in the separate bedroom. Balcony was teeny tiny - but still nice to have a little outside seating area (even though it was very squashy). The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The kitchenette was quite poorly equipped. The fridge and microwave and kettle were all perfect but there was literally nothing else there. Nothing to clean with (no dishwashing liquid, no tea-towels, no sponge etc) and no cooking utensils and only one small frypan. So, definitely not able to cook anything there - but easily able to heat up leftovers.

Breakfast was very good. Short walk to park and shops.Quiet dead end street .

A bottle of water and a coffee packet would have been nice, although desk clerk did bring me a carafe of water.

This hotel has a fabulous location! The staff is very helpful and nice and the breakfast is good.you can have your eggs a la carte.The rooms are big, with a fully equipped kitchenette and small table and a bathroom.Nice a/c and tv.The safe is detached, so if they want, they can just take the whole safe.The first time I stayed there the rooms were immaculate,this meaning the floors, this time not so,which was quite disappointing, but I told the staff and they said they would correct it because they have new employees.I have inside rooms so it's quiet,although not much view.I will stay there again for sure.Close to everything.Recommend this place for women traveling solo.

Apparently they changed the staff since last time I went and the floors (my bedroom and breakfast place)were not as clean.I told the girl in the front desk and she told me they were going to make note of that. The bathroom window always creeps me out,so I close it.

Great value for money. 1 bedroom suite with balcony. Great location. Clean and spacious. 24-hour security. Nice lobby and small lounge area.

I had a shower in the evening and it ran cold. I was too tired to ask and so I tried again in the morning and the same. I went down to the reception and the gentleman told me I had to put the handle to the left and let it run. I thought I had done this but probably not long enough. It might be worth telling guests the procedure of the the shower so that they know and do not assume that there is no hot water.

Simple, clean, spacious apartment-hotel in a great location of Miraflores—lots of shops and cafes and parks nearby, and walkable to the waterfront & Malecón. Felt safe and secure with 24/7 reception, and no traffic noise since it’s at the end of a street with no through passage. Nice breakfast spread (eggs prepared on request) and a charming lounge area to enjoy it. Staff were friendly and helpful. An elevator was convenient for getting luggage up and down.

Curtains could do a better job of blocking the light. Could hear people talking on the street like they were in the room, but that only happened once during my stay. Overall everything was fine. Note that if they arrange a taxi for you from the airport, it’s about 40% more expensive than the standard rate (60 soles).

Location is excellent in Miraflores with many restaurants, markets and groceries/supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance. Hotel is on a quiet street so there is very little street traffic noise. The breakfast provided many different items and was prepared very well. In the Suite Balcony room, there was a kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator, pots/pans and utensils needed for a extended stay. The shower had plenty of hot water and bathroom was well set up.

The kitchenette faucet handle was broken before arrival but was fixed not too long after by staff. Balcony door did not lock but the room was on a higher floor so it was not a major issue.

Excellent staff: courteous, knowledgeable, attentive. Excellent breakfast: breads, juices, fruit bowl, coffee, hot water, eggs prepared to one’s preference. Excellent accommodation and maintenance service in room. Excellent bathroom facilities and shower. Excellent location: a quiet street very near Kennesaw Park/7 de Junio Park, where major social activities, indoors and outdoors take place, even on a daily basis. Restaurants abound (El Parque, El Café de la Paz, Manolos, among others). The hotel is purposely modest in décor and furnishings, yet charming and very comfortable, including the beds and pillows. We recommend it highly.
