The room is pretty clean for the price and where you are. The bed is comfortable, but loud. The TV is good but is not SMART, you will need to plug in a device to use it. It is a quiet neighborhood, but maybe it’s too weird of a side street for some travelers.

There’s a big muddy puddle that blocks entry, leaving only a narrow little path of cement, not even enough to roll a suitcase, lol. In a country where a cement worker is $9/day, they should really drop like $50 and fix that issue. The toilet seat is the entirely wrong shape and too small for the toilet, c’mon po! Change that. Good shower pressure and hot water. Kitchen sink doesn’t have much pressure. There is no fridge, there are no appliances, flatware, or utensils, however theoretically you could cook there. There is no table to eat on. Some small upgrades could make this an ideal guesthouse/vacation apartment.

It's good enough hotel, near Walking street. Room in general is ok, friendly staff. As improving, I can offer to add a pad near douche room, because of after taking shower, floor is wet for a long time. Location of hotel is good, friendly staff, good price for room, so this hotal have sence.

This is my 2nd stay at the hotel, everyone is still accommodating, friendly and very much approachable with my needs. The earlier request are provided except for the small table.

I believe they need to provide elevator or lift to carry the luggages especially when the room is at the 3rd floor. My luggage has been damage, (with heavy scratches) which I understand, my luggage is kinda heavy bringing upstairs, but the person should bother to inform me that my luggage is kinda heavy to carry. The food is average, please try to improve the cooking, not worthy for P300 this time, unlike my first stay, food is great with fruits. Delivered late most of the time, which they say due to capacity of the guest. Please adjust on the food delivery or timing.

- I felt at home! It was comfortable in the room and it doesn't smell bad. (Photo uploaded is when I checked out). - Internet was really fast. I had 3 devices connected to the wifi and was in a video call most of the day and it was consistent. - There is hot water available in the shower. - There is a bidet available in the bathroom! - Towel, shampoo, soap, and a roll of tissue paper was provided. - They provide a free gallon of water. (Ordering an extra gallon costs 50PHP, which is very affordable) - Coffee is included in the breakfast. - There are about 3 pairs of sockets so no need to worry if you have to plug multiple devices. - TV has cable and international channels. - The personnel is very nice and accommodating. - The window is very small so the room can't be ventilated well unless you open the door. (I stayed for quarantine so I didn't think I could do that.) - I had to be careful with the leftover food and trash in the bin and on the sink because later, there will be a row of ants all over it. - The available food that they serve can be better in my opinion. I tried ordering fruits or orange juice but it was not available.

You have very nice staff. The stay is very comfy and quite nice.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.

Easily accessible from airport to the hotel. If you would have food deliveries, driver’s won’t find it hard to find the location. You can call the reception and they would assist you with everything. Very kind and helpful people. Has cable connection on the TV and HDMI slots.

Not exceptionally clean. I wish they can improve the cleanlinessof the rooms.

he staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

The food was all good and the staff are very accommodating.

Probably just the location because it makes it kind of difficult for others to find the property
