Centrally located and adjacent to Victory Liner Bus Terminal.

The doors and walls were too thin. Noise from the corridor could be heard easily. We were disturbed by noises from other guests and the housekeeping trolleys.

Nice restaurant inside the hotel. The hotel has a private pathway directly to the bus terminal.

I was in room 403, there was a barking dog in the adjacent property. It barked after 9:30pm, it woke me up on a couple days. Also, there were a couple days where noisy guests in the room next to mine talked well past 10pm also woke me up. The day I arrived, the room had been sprayed for pests, which is ok, but the workers did not open the windows after spraying. So, I had to open the window and go out of the room for a few hours.

I visited Baguio for a conference at the Baguio Cultural and Convention Center. Microtel by Wyndham is a practical venue because it is close to the venue, the bus terminal (Victory), to BCCC and even to SM City. There are some restaurants, souvenir shops, fast foods and cafes around the area by walking or car. The place is relatively quiet despite its proximity to the bus terminal. The place is clean, professional and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good because it has many healthy choices. Amare La Cucina which seems to be a partner restaurant is an excellent one, with great pizza, pasta and salads. Highly recommended!

It would be perfect if the hotel has a gym, or at least a gym nearby.

Location is excellent (very accessible to transports, restaurants, shopping, etc. amenities) and rooms are clean with friendly staff. I originally booked for 3 rooms but ended up booking another 2 to accommodate extra friend and family; and we all stayed for 3 nights.

The doors are noisy to close. Wish they have installed some rubber or foam to subtle the noise in closing doors. Every time someone is getting in or out of the rooms they are being heard because of the "bangs" and apart from being irritating it is a sleep disturbance,

After a really bad experience in an other hotel where I booked for 3 nights but stayed only 1 night; i booked here for the next 2 days of our staying. As usual people are warm and nice. The room were clean, I even thanked the housekeeper and give tips. Bed was great and clean. It’s really close to the Victory Liner. I was finally able to sleep. We even had massages!

The people who manage the entrances and exits blow a whistle all the time and even during the night. I even wonder if they breathe in between. Poor Wi-Fi connection.

It's quite near the centro so it's easy to locate. The staff were always very polite and helpful including the security guards. The rooms were very clean and smelled clean. I'm very particular about bathrooms and i liked that it's well maintained. Breakfast was good. We had to leave at dawn after our second night and we're glad that they prepared a take-out breakfast for us. My other two companions in separate rooms had the same comments.

Since we are seniors we know that we could avail of the discounts. But when we were paying upon check-in the supervisor (i assumed because she's wearing a different uniform) said that the rates when we made the reservation was already discounted. Had not my companion who's a lawyer insisted we may not have availed of the discount.

Location beside the bus station was superb. Walking distance to Session Road and the main city spots. Amare la Cucina room service was a plus! Also appreciate how they were able to arrange early check in for a minimal fee.

V weak wifi signal at our room location. Walls were thin & you could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the halls. Room was initially musty and gave me allergic rhinitis.

I loved the location which was right next to the bus terminal and the hotel had a guard by the entrance. I would also like to add that the staff was supper nice! My wife loved the restaurant was literally steps to the restaurant which provided us with good breakfast options.

I highly recommend the property goes under some renovations, I saw the entrance was renovated and modernized with quite good decorations. The room was outdated with lighting feels of the early 1990’s It’s a promising location and welcoming place to stay, but the interior of the room and walkway feels too old.

There is daily housekeeping, every staff we see greets and smiles at us, very friendly atmosphere, the bfast was great that they would encourage you to get or eat more lol. Its proximity to tourist spots is great. The guard on duty is always there at the entrance to welcome and assist every guest. Strong water pressure in the toilet&bath and a good heater. Blower is also available inside.

We just hope that there are readily available bedroom slippers inside the room and microwave oven for us so we can heat our food. Also, to make its price more valuable, it'll be better if the tvs will be upgraded to smart tvs so it can have apps like netflix.
