Food was great! Although I need to suggest to add more choices for the free breakfast.

Our room was a bit dimmer compare to all the rooms of other resorts that we have stayed in Morong. Kindly change the TV set to a bigger one for the Deluxe room.

On the poolsLike the I like the pools though I don't like the insects swimming on the pools. I like the beach though so many trash on the beach side.

1. No refrigerator inside the family room. 2. No water dispenser inside the family room. 3 . Lack of cleanliness in the family room as well as the entire beach resort. 4. No hot water inside the family room 5. The tiles very slippery

Nice view of the sea from the room. There were many pools to choose from. Beach was clean & with LIFEGUARD. Staff were courteous. Food was tasty.

Too many people. Room had no mini ref. The remote control of the air con was not left in the room. Parking was always full and the alternate parking is too far away.

The property is beach front. There are several swimming pools.

The property isn’t well-maintained. The pools are not open to all. Service is bad, no one was manning the reception area when we arrived. Restaurant service is slow. The hallways are all wet. On our 2nd night, there was a company outing. Areas where we can eat are limited and noise should have been limited by 9pm.

serving is just for kids. price of food in the restaurant is a bit high. water heater in the bathroom is not working. no tv. BUT, the staff (in the restaurant area) are excellent - very warm, always smiling and accommodating. Management should improve internal control re: availability of stocks/additional manpower on peak days/maintenance of facilities

Staff very attentive.

Executive Suite was not clean. Floors were sandy. There were cockroaches in the room on our second night.

The reception and parkinb personel were the only good things that happened.

Getting to the place was kinda rough and muddy. Room floor was dirty. Sandy floors. Towels were needed to be requested. Worse part is there was a company outing there and they had a program that was very noisy. Having a short vacay didnt happen. It was stressful. Was not able to eat dinner in the place because it was full of the guests from the company outing. The breakfast was super tipid. Sana ate out nalang. The room description says it has a river and mountain view but it was really bsd it was a unfinished wall and old things. And the aircon was noisy. Really disappointing. Just jow that i read the reviews and they were true.

Will, the staff. They are friendly enough.

Will we come in a raining season. You know what that means.. 😏
