I booked a non-refundable 1 night stay with them as I was expecting to stay in the hotel at least that night. But something came up and I was not able to arrive that night. I wasn’t expecting to get my money back as it was clearly stated upon booking that it was non-refundable. But to my surprise, I got an email next day that my booking was cancelled from their end and I got my full refund. This tells a lot to how much they value their customers by initiating such thing to make sure that they only get paid for the accommodation and service that they provided. Thank you so much Robertson Hotel! Will definitely book you again for my next stay.

I like the location of the hotel and its accessibility to nearby banks, restaurant, cafe, bars, convenience stores, and spas. I also like their reasonable price, quiet and cozy room, super friendly staffs, hot and cold shower, and the 20% discount at the buffet restaurant.

There's no restaurant within the hotel but there is a buffet restaurant at the back of the hotel and you can enjoy a 20% discount if you're a Robertson Hotel's guest. Other than that, everything is good!

Great use of the small space, making the living area comfortable. Everything from the placement of the safe, clothes hangers, and the folding table was a great choice. The bathroom was well made too, with a deep recess to prevent water from the shower to seep into the toilet area. Amenities were great as well. The property itself is in a great, safe location due to proximity to the City Hall and access to Villa Caceres. It’s easy to get a jeep or a tricycle while being in a comfortable, quiet location. The inclusion of the 20% breakfast buffet discount and 50% discount for the spa and gym facilities at Villa Caceres is a great deal for travellers who want such options. Staff are very very kind, respectful, and well-mannered. Even for the price, I wasn’t expecting a hotel-level experience in this area.

The way the bed doesn’t allow for things to be stored underneath is a bit bothersome especially for those who may want to stay long with many luggages or those with large luggages. It seems to be a missed opportunity to make better use of space in a small room.

The staff is supportive, accommodating and they’re very prompt in providing resolutions to any issues/ problems. Thank you to Ms. Mitch and the rest of the staff. Keep up the good work!

Everything was great.

I liked that the check-in process was simple and painless especially if you have already have a reservation. The staff was super friendly. Hotel had great wifi that's for sure was a big plus! Power went out but the hotel had a backup generator so that was a relief! My room was tiny however, it worked for me and I technically just needed just a place to sleep, shower, and good wifi.

Room was smaller than expected however, it worked out for my needs as I was travelling solo.

Location was strategic and very accessible. Staff were friendly especially the front desk reception. Have given us various options and have explained our accommodation well. Very attentive to all our queries.

No hairblower in the room and slippers provided is only one when the booking specified was 2 pax. Other amenities e.g. spa, pool not available - we have to use the sister Hotel for this purpose.

Ultimately, it's good value for money. Rooms are clean, staff were very helpful and location was relatively central within Naga City - everything easily accessible by tricycle.

Only thing keeping it from a 10 is that the rooms are very small.

Close to Naga international airport. Room was clean, affordable, staff was friendly and helpful. Paid parking with hotel stay validation.
