On arrival The elevator not working on Saturday to the floor where my room was located front desk staff relocated me to another room area with a working elevator with several hours wait. Sunday that elevator was out of service 😒. Very hard on my bad knees. These were hinted as the result of the recent flooding. Bell staff very helpful

The staff are very accommodating and attentive to details. I mentioned to them that we're coming for a staycation when they asked if we need shuttle service from the airport and that there's no need for it since we're from Naga. I was happy to find a slice of cake with a birthday greeting when we entered our room upon check-in. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness!

The breakfast buffet is nice but sometimes, it takes some time for the food to be refilled when it runs out. But not a great deal if you're not in a hurry and just taking your time to have breakfast. :-)

Excellent food ~ both the breakfast buffet which had a large array of local as well as continental dishes. The restaurants also served very good food (a wide selection, especially of local specialties). The staff were all so energetic and accommodating: airport shuttle driver, front desk, restaurant servers, cleaning staff, and even the Business center which I ended up using for 2 days of my stay. The cleaning staff always left the room fresh and like the first day we arrived. Loved the built in hairdryer!

was on the draft line of the aircon vent ~ so I was freezing the first 3 days until I figured out how to make the air swing and bring down the fan/temp. Please add a soap dish for both the shower/bath area and the sink.

I like our spacious room. It was almost perfect if only the Comfort Room was spacious enough and new. It was clean actually but it was very obvious that Comfort Room is already old and has lots of stain. We love the breakfast! There were food that can only be found in Bicol those that were wrapped with banana leaves. All in all it was such a good experience!

Furnitures were obviously old and worn out.

Location

We booked an executive twin room with pool view, but upon check in, the Lady Receptionist gave us a room with WITHOUT WINDOW. We then informed them that we specifically booked a room with a window as I am claustrophobic, the Receptionist answered that we should had requested a room with a window (which we already did upon booking.) After the conversation, they gave us a room with a window on the 4th floor but is only accessible by stairs. Overall, the staff are top notch and hospitable.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Great staff. Awesome breakfast buffet with many selections and omelets made to order.

It would be nice to have more accessible electric outlets on the desk and on nightstands but the hotel will provide extension cords on request.

Staff response when we had an issue arise

There should be separate internet accesses for people staying at the hotel and people visiting for the day. Not being able to access the internet because too many people were on it. Bad for work purposes

I love the family and community vibe at the Villa. it’s always busy with weddings, family gatherings, swimming lessons (love to hear the screams of joy from the room). Amazing central location. Feels like a family / member club than a hotel.

Wifi is really weak and makes it hard to stay and work. Sadly it was the reason to spend a few nights elsewhere as I the bandwidth didn’t support video calls.

Bathroom needs renovation. Noisy hotel guests are running in the hallway at bedtime. Hotel guests wearing hotel robes in the breakfast buffet

Our room was quiet. Small but comfy rooms, we had a balcony too. The furniture is nice. Good pool

Breakfast was day by day the same, no fresh fruits, except pineapples and sometime we got papaya too. not much choice. Canned fruits are not fresh fruits
