The staff here were great, welcoming and kind. The owners take an active interest and want to make sure guests have a positive experience. The reef of the beach is great. We enjoyed snorkeling here for hours each day. Highly recommend reef shoes. We saw a turtle and loads of different fish. The food was varied and tasty and of an alright price. The bedroom was comfortable and the air cos was good. The setting is truly spectacular with gorgeous views. Really enjoyed the strict no children policy meaning it enhances the calm relaxing escape. I had a massage while there too which was further relaxing and had a lovely view across the water.

If you leave the resort then you need to get a bus or car to another town as there is nothing in the locale. But this does mean it is very relaxing to stay at the hotel, it is quiet and peaceful.

The property was very clean with a nice, quiet pool area and lovely bar/ restaurant overlooking the ocean. The staff were very nice, always pleasant and eager to help. We had to leave early on both mornings during our stay and they prepared take away breakfasts for us. Would definitely recommend.

It was a little far from the airport and Oslob whale shark experience but we knew this when booking. However, the positives and value definitely outweighed this.

This is a small hotel near the beach. It's cozy and it has its own beach. The way to the hotel from the main road quite challenging, but if you come in a car, it's possible to get. The room was clean and comfortable. Please note, that the restaurant closes at 8 pm for new orders. We came at 10pm and we didn't have a chance to eat. Staff is friendly, we asked to prepare boxes for breakfast and they gave us some food. (But not at the first day, when we came at 10 pm, because the reception was closed). The food in the restaurant is tasty, there is a good choice. I like this place. You can snorkel from the hotel beach, there is a good beach and many fishes.

The water in the pool was dirty.

What a find! Lovely little hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the sea with a nice pool and beach area. Room was large and clean. The whole place felt very peaceful. Staff were really friendly and polite. Has a fab little bar/restaurant on site also over looking the sea- lots of choice and really reasonably priced (they did a special of pork tenderloin one night which was delicious and they should put on the main menu 😂). Realy nice selection of cocktails too! We personally hate a buffet so we were thrilled with the a la cart breakfast menu they served here- nice selection of western and local offerings! The hotel have an in-house guide and can tailor trips for you. They organised for us to go swimming with the Whalesharks, visit Tumalog Falls, Snorkeling and visit Sumilon sand bar. So glad we organised through the hotel, their guide was absolutely fantastic! Towels, snorkels, flippers etc all provided at no extra charge. The guide has an underwater camera and takes loads of photos and sends you them all for free! It was absolutely brilliant! Highly recommend and would stay again. Also would recommend going through this hotel to book transport if going between there and Cebu City. We organised a taxi down through a hotel near the airport and they ripped us off so wish we had organised the transport both ways with this hotel.

The staff- every single person was so friendly and helpful. The small size of the resort means your every need is met with plenty of staff. The location- such beautiful views across the bay, backed by mountains. It’s a quiet spot without any shops or other bars around, which suited us perfectly. The reef- snorkelling and diving straight from the shore of the hotel, better than the dying barrier reef in my opinion. All sorts of tropical fish, sea snakes and turtles. Mike taught us to dive! The food- absolutely superb food any time of day. We went through most of the menu and all was good. They are also flexible if you want shrimp instead of chicken for example. Proximity to waterfalls. Lovely day out, bit of an adventure if you want to climb as well. Massage overlooking the sea!

My partner and I recently stayed at this incredible adults-only beach resort in the Philippines and we can't say enough great things about our experience! First of all, the location is absolutely breathtaking. The resort is situated in the perfect spot, with a beautiful private beach just mere feet away. Since it is built on a raised area, the views of the ocean were spectacular. We loved waking up each morning and having breakfast with such an amazing view as we felt the warm breeze and listened to the ocean waves. The food was fresh and delicious. We stayed in the luxury room, which are the rooms on the second floor. They have a better view of the ocean and I definitely recommend opting for the upgrade. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large shared balcony overlooking the ocean. We appreciated the attention to detail, from the luxurious linens to the thoughtful amenities in the room. The hosts are all about sustainability and we loved that about them. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible service from the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From arranging transportation to recommending local activities and restaurants, they were always there to help. Another great feature of the resort was the variety of activities available. You can see spectacular sea life without any need to travel! And you can book any of the Cebu adventures for a very reasonable price via the resort. I highly recommend it! The bus stop is only a 5-minute walk from the resort if you want to go exploring on your own. Renting a scooter from the resort is very simple and easy - just remember to bring your international license! Overall, we had an unforgettable stay. It exceeded our expectations in every way and we can't wait to come back. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an exotic and relaxing getaway in paradise!

- The fruit platter doesn't have enough amount of fruit to be called a platter in my opinion. - The doors have rather large gaps where bugs can enter (even though we didn't have any bother us during our stay in March)

Loved the relaxing vibe. That was a nice sunset spot at the edge of a cliff and a short hiking trail. It is probably the nicest resort in southern Cebu (east coast). The area of the old church was scenic and had that old world charm.

Towards check-out time, we were asked thrice what time we were leaving the room so it made us feel like we were being asked to leave even though we had packed up and were ready to go. Between breakfast and dinner no food meals were available so if you didn't avail of the breakfast option, you'll have to look for brunch or lunch outside the resort, and you'd need your own transport to do so.

They have a private beach for you to relax and unwind. You can go swimming or snorkelling in front of the beach. You can find corals and fish around the beach when you go snorkelling. The restaurant's food is excellent and provides vegetarian options with a variety of food on the menu. The place also provides a tour package around Cebu which is excluded from the hotel price.

The room's floor is oily even after room cleaning. The jacuzzi wasn't working when I was staying there but maybe you need to inform the front desk before using it since there are not many people there.

Everything was SUPER

A lovely resort, with its own private beach and stunning coral reef out in front. Great variety of fish and corals, a few friendly turtles, almost no current, provides excellent snorkling. Lisa and Mike and all of the staff made us feel very welcome, the food is excellent, and the romantic dinner we had on the beach, a wonderful surprise. Every effort is made to be eco friendly. While at Granada, we swam with the whale sharks, explored 3 different waterfalls, and had a relaxing time at the resort. We will be back for the mango float- the most delicious dessert on the menu!

We liked everything about Granada. The no children policy makes this a very nice place to find peace and quiet.
