The place was well maintained and the staff were very kind and accommodating.

we came on a saturday. unfortunately, the music was loud the whole day. according to the staff, it was the norm every saturday. had we known about this, we would have booked another resort. we went out of the city on the weekend to escape the city noise. it would have been nice to get some peace. we had to ask the staff to minimise the volume. we had to sleep in the afternoon but couldn’t. and when outside, we could hardly hear each other. 😥 may i suggest that you put on the loud music in the bar only. if people wanted loud music while drinking, doing karaoke, playing pool, they can go there and enjoy. 😊

This resort exceeded my expectations overall! Donald (Property Manager) and his staff were outstanding and very accommodating. It was unfortunate that we visited during the rainy season because there would have been more water activities that my family and I could have certainly taken advantage of had the weather been better. That said, we still all had a very good time in large part because of the hospitality of the staff, which was greatly appreciated! The food, drinks, and service were excellent, and the scenery was beautiful. Simply put, a very nice vacation spot!

Wifi was a bit weak, plumbing could have been a little better, and the parking was limited.

I love the welcome drinks. Its a big plus💯. The staff was friendly and approachable. Especially Jener Arizala. The amenities was for free. Love the steam room, sports area and the gym. All staff are attentive. The owner was exceptionally hands on. It was our anniversary, they give us compliementary cake.

The sisig was a bit fatty. I would want it to be more crunchy and chewy. The description for our accommodation in booking.com was seaview but when we got there it was actually pool view. But agreed to take it since I love the customee service they had. We settled in efficiently. The cr, there was mo soap holder. Water pressure was a bit slow.

Fantastic Service. Applause to the resort manager and staff. With very nice view of the beach. and many amenities.

It can make more better if the sound music is not too loud.

We enjoyed the overall ambiance, very relaxing and happy place to spend our vacation. Their staff are very accommodating and friendly. They made sure we enjoyed our stay and that we had everything we need. Foods are exceptional. Peaceful place to stay, oceanview from dusk to dawn is beautiful. They have gym. Recommended 100% Will come back and stay longer than a week! Worth every penny.

Additional Parking area was not attached to the actual resort.

Polite and very attentive staff; good food; an excellent location, right on the ocean; use of snorkelling equipment with no extra charge and a helpful guide to ensure safety.

The room was clean and tidy but basic. At this price point, some may expect a bit more from the room itself, but for us the facilities and location more than made up for it, and we'd happily stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. Service was excellent. Spacious double room / family room. Pool size was small but not a big deal for us. Restaurant / Bar crew was super friendly and service was also excellent. A lof of things to do at the resort, pool table, darts, some games for kids, gym, sauna and some free water activities. The sunset view was amazing.

Size of the shower was too small. Heater of the shower was not working in one of the family rooms. Was too late to ask for service, they probably would have fix it. A bit loud music at night but we were also aware of it prior booking.

The staff were exceptional and really helpful. This resort really does try to give you the best service available. The room was comfortable and nicely dressed. The view was gorgeous

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Food was a bit hit and miss, although I have found that all over the Philippines. If you order what they know, they do it very well. It's by no means a cheap stay, but this is reflected in the service. I'm not sure what diving links they have as this was not promoted - it's more of a party resort.

The staff are very welcoming and always ready to help happily. They all seemed to love what they're doing and give high value to their job. Patricia and kuya JR are awesome! All the rest of the team actually. Almost everyone's reminding me to be careful whenever I'm passing on wet areas or climbing stairs as I'm pregnant. Free use of their facilities! My family enjoyed use of kayaks, swim floaters, gym, vidoeke and billiards. The place is well maintained and all issues promptly addressed because they have good communication via radio (walkie talkie)

Electric kettle not working in our room and I suggest them to have some hooks to hang clothes in the shower.

The location is beautiful. The staff were excellent, kind, and attentive. They kept the resort clean and sanitized. The food was affordable (and priced fairly, though not the cheapest available around), high quality, and always excellent. The staff made good recommendations and were aware of each of our needs by the second day. (Allergies, etc.) The excursions they offer are wonderful and I highly recommend them all.

I spoke with the staff directly about some of the issues I had, namely a leaky toilet. If you go on the boat excursion, be prepared to bring 1000 pesos ($20) along with for beach access (and 500 for a cabana if you'd like it -- not needed). The staff worked quickly and diligently to fix any issues I had during my stay.
