Clean and spacious rooms , friendly and helpful staff , good location . The rooftop pool is amazing , and the cappuccino too .

The hotel is not able to call a taxi for you cause they have a contract with the tour partner in the ground floor . I think to call a taxi for a guest should be the standard for a business hotel .

I like it that there is a mini kitchen in the room that comes with a sink; it makes the room feel more like home. I like the hotel van and its driver. I like our spacious room, the beds, and the shampoo/body gel brand. I like the swimming pool and the lounge area next to the reception. I like the fact the reception is located on the 9th floor.

The towels are soft but do not aborb water well. The TV doea not provide intereating channel choices. The internet frustrated me because it requires both my cell phone and laptops to go through extra set up steps and it took me and two staff members about 2 hours to make them work.

They made our stay extra special by decorating our room for our anniversary. That was something I did not entirely expect but they did it for me and my partner. They also gifted us boxes of sweets to celebrate it with. It's a memory we will always treasure. Also, this hotel is very accessible to a lot of places. Taxi is always available right outside the hotel lobby and there are plenty of food places nearby plus a mini grocery just beneath it. I had so much peace of mind during our stay in this hotel.

Me and my partner always look forward to hotel breakfast. The one we had at this hotel could be better especially the brewed coffee. And some of the pumps in the bathroom were not working properly as well. But that's just us being very neat-picky

This place is outstanding. A hotel/condo place where the facilities are quite nice, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are large and comfortable. Depending on what you book, you can get a kitchenette, and there is a grocery store downstairs. Terrific 9th floor infinity pool overlooking Cebu City with nice views. This is a great place to stay and I would gladly stay again. Bonus - they had their own party on site during Sinulog, and it was a great time.

Nothing. I would have to stretch to find something to complain about. I would suggest though that they need to add a few tables to the rooftop pool area on the 9th floor. No reason not to have more tables there, they have the room, and there are only two right now.

We stayed with Citadines Cebu City for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and were always keen to help! The pool has an amazing view of the city. The breakfast spread has a great selection that is sure to satisfy everybody. Finally the location is ideal, there is a convenient store of the building, a launderette around the corner and some restaurants around the area. Many of the big shopping malls are only a few minutes away and only cost less than 200 pesos (based on grab).

One small thing that bothered us was that the internet was very bad, almost unusable at times, took ages to load a simple website. But we do understand that it might due to many people connected to it during busier times as we were on last floor. Finally, the room that was allocated to us was a non-smoking room, however there was a faint smell of cigarette in the room and on the furniture inside so we had accommodation team coming every day to spray some refreshener.

Location - the location is very accessible from food to pasalubong and transportation. Stuff - very accommodating, respectful and kind Room - perfect place for couples who love to cook coz there are pieces of cookingware in the room. Breakfast - we chose this hot for her wonderful breakfast. Buffet breakfast with various European pastries is best to start an amazing and fun day in Cebu City.

The security dog - it freaked me out a bit everytime I passed by the entrance of the hotel, not because I am afraid of dogs. Unfortunately, the breed of the dog is similar to the dog that bit me before in Manila (not Citadines security). I know the dog is doing his job and the hotel wants to keep the area safe for everyone. Room - there was a foul smell on the second day of our first stay here. We observed for an hour to make sure that the foul smell was not fart. We called the reception area and reported it. After a few minutes, the home service came and checked the smell. Later on, stuff from the engineering department came and fixed it. It did not take too long for them to fix it.

Greatly enjoyed my stay. Helpful staff. I mentioned doing laundry during check in, one of the staff was at the door with extra detergent shortly after I arrived to room. Some rooms are equipped with washer/dryer combo, also laundrette in lobby. Lobby has small basic coffee bar open during certain times of day. Several small shops near ground floors, and a grocery store in basement level. Bit of drive from airport, reasonably close to everything else by a short ride in a Grab. Can walk to some local shops, stores fairly low traffic and noise levels.

The restaurant, which isn't operated by Citadines, does NOT serve breakfast even though it's on their menu. They only have a prepaid breakfast buffet. I highly recommend boycotting the restaurant and not buying their buffet until they change their practice. One can find other places for breakfast, or just cook it one's self.

I liked this hotel. Staff is great. Good/professional management. Rooms are nice. Pool are and gym are relatively small - but sufficient for most people I think. Nice view from the pool area. Breakfast was excellent but see below.

The hotel says it has its own restaurant on booking.com but that isn't actually the case - it uses the (public) restaurant next door for breakfast. This means there is no room service. In fairness the breakfast is excellent - but the lunch and dinner menus are very limited - mostly western food - which isn't my preference when I'm travelling in Asia.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was incredible. Room was larger than I had expected and spotlessly clean. The room was extremely quiet, and the floor plan was well planned to attenuate hallway noise. Beds were extremely comfortable. Washer/dryer combo for the laundry was a convenient touch. The kitchen came with a knife and cutting board and basic cook ware. There is a Robinson's grocery store below the hotel and several restaurants within walking distance. However, some of the main city attractions are further than many would want to walk in the hot tropical sun.

If I had to point out something that could be improved, it would be fresh brewed coffee at the reception area. Also, the breakfast coffee was a very dark French roast. So if you're like me and prefer a lighter roast, just be aware - you may want to buy a coffee at a local shop.

Ascott properties never fail to disappoint - As expected, there was good service, helpful staff, little touches in our room that show the brand’s commitment to sustainability. Loved that the room was reasonably spacious and had everything we need including the well-equipped kitchenette. A scrumptious breakfast spread, too! Location-wise, we loved the supermarket just next door but generally, not the most accessible for tourists. That said, it was easy to hail a cab to get to anywhere.

It’s about time some of the fittings use a refresh! For instance, our toilet door couldn’t close properly.
