The location is great near Fuente Osmeña and the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

The aircon was a little strange - some parts of the room were freezing and other parts hot. There was something about the way the air is distributed

Our family liked everything about Westpoint Hotel. It's all that we needed for our stay. Clean room, friendly staff, simple yet delicious and free hot breakfast and most of all affordable accommodation. Our check in and check out were both smooth. We will definitely book this hotel again on our future visits to Cebu.

Not that I didn't like but maybe more of something they can improve on to add more value to their customers. -Adding hotel slippers -Anti-slip mat in the bathroom is important especially for guests with kids and Senior Citizens -Intercom device per hotel room for quick response to customer's requests.

I like the location, very close to everything. We have been hotel hopping since day 1 of our 4 week vacation and this was the one i preferred the most. It has a clean room and bathroom. Good wifi connection. Hot shower functioning well. Staffs were very accomodating. I would highly recommend this place. Price is very reasonable.

At the start of turning on the aircon it smells like sweaty feet, however it dissapears after a few minutes.

Value for money- you get what you paid for. Room was small but exceptionally clean. They have hot & cold shower. What i like best is how accommodating & welcoming the staff are. Walking distance to fuente which is a big plus. And one of the thing i was looking for while searching for an affordable hotel was a parking space and they have it🧡

Breakfast was good, well served. Staff so friendly like Joyce and the guards.

No elevator if you are not on the main floor and have more luggage. The parking is fcfs, reservation needed.

The only missing is the elevator and also availability of food to buy. so you have to always eat outside.

The beds are too small. No elevator and no restaurant to eat.

Very accessible to Chonghua hospital and Robinsons. Easy access to jeeps. Friendly and accommodating staff and clean rooms. Fast wifi and very affordable. With parking space also. Had a wonderful experience with the hotel.

Free water to refill bottle. Decent sized room. Even-numbered rooms face away from street and is quieter. Decent number of movie channels. Relatively central location.

Soap provided doesn’t lather much.

The property was really clean and quite providing a restful night’s sleep. The shower was hot and it was located not too far from local restaurants. The staff were really friendly despite a slight language barrier.
