Clean rooms, friendly staff

Poor wifi connection at 7th floor at the room near the corner side of the building. The management should pay attention to this since wifi is the most sought after tool for travelers.

The property is in the city and you have all the access to wherever you want to go. SM city cebu is nearby and walking distance. Laundry services is also around the area. Other leisure stores (coffee shops, spa, retaurants, club) is just a 10 min drive w/o traffic. 711 is in the same bldg with the property. Mabolo staff are accommodating. Rooms are clean, good airconditioning. You can see the city proper by your window.

Water facilities. No bidet in the toilet room. Showers and bath tubs were old.

Location is very strategic. Close to shopping malls and is situated in the main road. Clean and cozy.

The hotel's attempt to replace my originally booked accomodation by claiming that the room has problem(the staff gave two contradicting reasons).

Property is just 30 minutes away from airport and 10 minutes walk from sm cebu. There is also 711 in the ground which helped a lot with our basic needs. staff are also courteous and kind and very accommodating with our requests.

There are times that water is too weak.

The room that was given to us on our last stay were in a small space unluke the first time i stayed in the hotel though its just the same price. During that last stay it was in a double deck compare to the first we had that it jad been upgraded for free. I like the first room we had. Spacious. Clean and good restroom

Room wasnt upgraded . just a small room with a double deck on wherein its same price with our first book. The cr that we had has a clog water when we take a bath. And we call the maintanance just to set up the tv bec its not working.

walking distance to sm city, short ride to ayala, us consulate and they upgraded us for free. We will return for appointments and cebu city shopping as we live far south about 2 hours.

they need a color copier for visitors, The cable tv has the cheapest package.

Room is enough for 4 pax, location is also perfect for a business traveller, rate is just enough for what you get. And the staff are well mannered.

As I have said, room is enough for what you have paid for, I can't expect so much from a cheap rate, basically, rate, room, service were very good.

Convenient location, close to the pier, and close to the church. Friendly service, and there's a convenience store downstairs.

Stayed here for 6 days & 5 nights, the staff were very accomodating to my needs they even upgraded my room for FREE! The housekeeping staff were very nice that they would be the one to pick up my food delivery downstairs and bring it straight to my room for my own convinience. Breakfast food were good too! Worth the price. 10/10 would highly recommend.

i appreciate how the staff offered us breakfast despite our very early check out. usual hotels do not do this and this really is a good customer service. we checked out at 4am because we had to catch a ferry. breakfast is usually served at 7:30 but the staff/hotel offered to buy us food from a convenience store beside it just so we could have breakfast. very good!
