Everything is okay at the Radisson blue hotel, the location, room, toilet, restaurant are very clean, and except for the hotel, the staff are very respectful and they are especially concerned about us because of the Taxi 🚖 bumped into us, we got a taxi from the Radisson blue staff We were going to the parkmall caseWe were very hungry, so when we saw sm cebu city, we just got off SM, it was right next to Radisson blue, not even 5mins to walk, but a taxi just drove us around 🚖 driver in sm and charged 300 because we didn't know the place because it's our first time to go on vacationonly,, I'm really thankful to the Radisson blue staff because they reported what happened but they said no, it's okay☺️🙏

It's only the swimming pool 🏊 because it's renovation!

The hotel smells amazing, everything is beautiful and spacious. Super comfy bed and pillows. Good prices on cocktails, nice little garden. Liked the room despite no balcony. There's an iron and a hairdryer in the room.

Absolutely terrible location in the middle of the industrial area! We had an awfully loud party noise from a Cafe in front for a couple of nights. Impossible to sleep. Small amount of towels, literally 2 per person and no bath mat. Pool is very shallow. Overpriced food and coffee. Mall next door opens at 10am. If you need anything earlier - no option coz you are in the middle of industrial area. Security at the entrance is annoying (but I guess it's a phillo thing)

The hotel is marvelous. Probably one of the best ones I've ever stayed at. Great location, too - right next to the SM mall with a linking passage. Room was spacious and all amenities provided.

A few more things would have made my stay a perfect 10: A a lot of the furniture is really old and dated, the leather office chair I had in my room was peeling off. This is one area the hotel is in need of urgent updating. There were maintenance work going on around certain areas, and scaffolding. I wish I was made aware of this prior to booking to make an informed decision, rather than "apologising" after I arrive.

I liked everything about the property 😊 Definitely worth my money. Location was superb, less than 30 minutes away from the airport. It also has a direct access to SM which makes it fantastic. Facilities were perfect! Bed was very comfortable. All basic amenities were provided - no need to bring my own. I also loved the cocktail 👍 Buffet breakfast was awesome! Loved the variety. Staff were all polite - from the security guards to receptionist to every employee. We were treated well and they were very helpful. Special kudos to the employees in the elevator who were always of help to my 84yr old father. Sustainability - I appreciate the free drinks I was provided when I supported sustainable goals of the hotel 😊 Definitely a perfect stay and we will be coming back soon ❤️

I stayed with my family and cousin's family. Good location, ambience, friendly staff, cleanliness. Breakfast, especially services of Ronald and Aiyleen. They helped me to find halal foods. They, with their Chef, ensured me fish & chips on everyday of my stay, even on departing day. From 2nd day, they provided Naan to combine with Indian vegetable curries. These made our breakfasts really great. I also attended a medical conference in the venue. We were provided with vegetarian / halal food on all dining events including snack breaks. Nice walkway, excellent gym. The SM Mall besides the hotel gives additional advantage to this hotel. Overall, my favorite place and a good memory.

Shower in bathroom - I stayed there in 2013 and found low water pressure in shower and water stagnation in bathing area. This time, I found improved pressure, but still needs to be improved. Swimming pool - jacuzzi was not working. Change area - steam room was not-functional. With these, I cannot give 10/10 to Radisson Blu, Cebu.

Disappointing service in the pool restaurant. We were there for new year eve. Had to wait for 1 hour to receive our order. Pizza was really bad. What a shame not to be able to make a good use of such privileged place in a beautiful garden by the pool! To the management- Get more staff , put more tables, play music and you would make a fortune there! Regarding the new year party in the lobby. Beautiful venue, but what a disaster with the selection of music by DJ! Who wants to listen to Rolling Stones which is difficult to sing anyway? People want to have good time and dance! Get the right tracks next time! Because of the music section it was awful!

We had a great time at Radisson Blu. Perfect location near the airport, the port, right next to SM and very close to the centre of Cebu City. The hotel and our room were very comfortable and clean. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was excellent and all of the staff were very attentive and friendly, especially in the restaurant during our breakfast every morning! During our vacation and between visiting other islands we stayed 3 times at Radisson Blu and we really felt at home. We will definitely come back next time! Highly recommended.

We had a small problem with a defective aircon unit in our room, but the staff was very helpful and the problem was solved the next day. Other than that absolutely nothing!

Large modern room with plenty of power outlets (as we were travelling with 2 young children they upgraded us and provided a complimentary extra bed). Breakfast was great with many choices for Westerners. Located by a large Mall where there are many restaurants and shops to keep you happy.

The pool was out of action for urgent repairs, not something within the hotel's control but not having a pool was an issue for my 2 young kids. Otherwise, there was nothing I could fault with the hotel.

I liked the location. It is right next to the SM city mall. I also liked the spacious lobby. The beds are comfy.

The staff were not too nice. The 5-star hotel didn’t have 5-star staff. I called the reception to request for a second key card and instead of saying that I could just collect it she said they normally only give out two- one for the power and one for the guest. I had to explain there were two of us and in the end she said I could get an additional one. She could have just said that in the first place. She ruined my stay. I paid a lot for this hotel but the staff was sooo rude!!! The coffee in the rooms were too basic and is not 5-star.

staff are very professional and always welcoming. We always enjoy this hotel and will return upon our next visit. The pool is very nice and the buffet is excellent. Most of all i am always impressed with the front entry staff. and they way they always greet every visitor, she even knew my name when we arrived! I found that very nice as i think she must have remembered us from a previous visit.

additional charge for breakfast for my children seems a little high, since they eat so little. the room was a a little small for us, but was acceptable.
