We had a great stay at Jai-Cobs Suites in Coron! The location is fantastic—right in the middle of Coron town proper and close to the church. It was such a unique experience to wake up to the sound of the early morning sermon and the smell of fresh pandesal in the air. It’s also the perfect spot if you’re planning to hike Mt. Tapyas, with plenty of shops nearby to explore. The WiFi was surprisingly strong, which was a big plus for staying connected. The staff, including the front desk and security guards, were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome right away and even greeted us with a refreshing glass of calamansi juice at check-in. You can also rent almost anything you need from them, which made things really convenient. We didn’t try the breakfast, but we did enjoy a massage at the hotel. While the massage itself was relaxing, they didn’t have proper massage beds, so it might be worth going elsewhere if that’s a priority for you. One downside is that everything is cash-only, so if you’re booking tours or private vans like we did, make sure to have enough cash or plan a trip to the ATM. Overall, Jai-Cobs Suites is a great option in Coron, with its perfect location, strong WiFi, and welcoming staff. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location right in the main street with all the restaurants, etc. The rooms are small (stayed in the suite) but super clean and got everything you need. Staff is friendly and trying to help where needed. The breakfast was good (excapt for the suuuper sweet Green juice) but good value and we where happy with the portions. They did our laundry quick and it smelled nice, was dry and folded. Could see sunset from our window. All in all good value for money.

The AC was super loud and bright and right next to the bed. So it needed some time to get used too. They did offer a new room but without window so we chose to stayed for the nice sunset view.

For a really nice accommodation the facilities had exceeded our expectations. I read the reviews of the room size but they were bigger than we initially thought, adding on the AC in the rooms were really good. The only fault were the ACs outside of the rooms werent as good but they were bearable. Laundry service was also amazing, good price and can be finished same day if you provide them before 8am. Honestly laundry really helped if you intend to do Island tours. The staff was really really really helpful and accommodating, if there were issues with your tour they handled it, arranged shuttle to and back to the airport, renting beach towels, the massage services was top notch and good price. Although they only have 2 spots for the massage in the massage room, they can also provide massages in your own room. Overall one of the best hotels I've ever been to, great service, staff, everything. :)

Bed was slightly hard but did not matter much since after the tours you would most likely sleep straight away.

Nice clean room. The staff were very friendly and organised a shared shuttle to the airport for 250 pesos each. The breakfast was very nice and affordable. The location of the property is right in the centre of Coron, very close to bars and restaurants, and the port for any trips.

The room was quite small, it didn’t bother us too much as it had adequate storage. The design of the bathroom meant the whole bathroom floor would get wet whilst talking a shower. The air-con was very loud, and would make loud noises. We were situated on the ground floor, and the WiFi was very poor in our room.

Firstly, the location is at the city center so access to most of the restaurants, souvenir shops, market and other tourist spots are within walking distance. Secondly, the staff are amazing. They always greet you with smile and wholeheartedly. They are prompt in accommadating our requests. They are very professional and top notched! We feel at home and welcomed. When it comes to the room, it is spotless. We couldn’t say anything bad about our room. It is quite spacious for me and my wife including three of our luggages. They provide us all the necessities. Overall, they just don’t provide a room for us to stay but a wonderful experience that my wife and I would always remember.

The location is perfect, however, it is located on a main busy street, so you might get some noise, it depends on how your room is oriented. Rooms are super small, some are without windows, ours had a window, but it was facing an internal wall, but that meant that we had almost no noise, which is a good enough tradeoff. Breakfast costs 200 PHP at the time of writing, we tried pancakes, french toast, and an omelet, and all of those were pretty good, it's just that french toast and pancakes almost don't have any fruit or jam or anything like that so you have to smother it in syrups, which are provided but might not be to everyone's taste. But keep in mind that they prepare breakfast for you, so you get a fresh meal but you have to wait a little bit. Still a very good tradeoff. They do provide an airport shuttle for a decent price (250PHP per person), but you can't choose the time, so chances are that you will be in the airport 4 hours before your flight, still a good tradeoff. They can also help you organize tours or scooter rentals. AC unit is old-school and aimed right at your face, but it is not too loud (depends on your sensitivity) and you can configure it to blow away and select a temperature. The toilet had a proper bidet attached which is much nicer than a bum gun. The water pressure is amazing.

Proper AC (double-split or what are those called..) would be nice (but it's a rarity in the Philippines), the toilet and shower don't have a divider at all. Some ants, but a tolerable amount.

Location is great - within town center and near all the good restaurants around town, a few minutes walk to the church, bank if we needed to withdraw cash. Also just 5 minutes away from the port which is the jump off point for the island tours. Staff and service are exceptional - staff are really friendly and helpful. Thank you ate Mylene and Gino (frontdesk), ate Gina and ate Lian (f&b and housekeeping), kuya Anthony (airport transfer) and the rest of the staff for making our stay wonderful and memorable. They are really helpful in arranging our van transfers to and from the airport, even called and confirmed our tours making sure we are being picked up on time, arranged our awesome hotel breakfast, and booked THE BEST HILOT MASSAGE EVER. Room, bathroom, and facilities - fairly sized for a couple, clean, and has the amenities that we needed. I LOVE THAT THERE ARE WATER DISPENSERS ON EVERY FLOOR.

Wifi signal is sometimes terrible. We noticed that the bathroom rug was quite dirty, it seems that it was the same rug from last staying guest so we asked for it to be replaced with a new one.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. I also like the location of the hotel, there's an ATM nearby and bunch of great restaurants nearby. The staffs are really friendly too, always greeted me and my partner with a smile every time we enter the establishment. The breakfast is really good too! It's very reasonable price and comes with a free hot chocolate or coffee.

Only thing I didn't like is the positioning of the TV, the position of the TV is perpendicular to the bed we couldn't watch the TV if we're on bed. It would have been so much better if the TVs were mounted with something you can swivel so you can watch TV while on bed. Other than that everything about this hotel is great!

- Nice modern building - Elevator - Great location - Very friendly staff (almost too friendly honestly, we felt a bit strange that they all stood up whenever we passed by the reception)

- The toilet door was a sliding door with an almost transparent (kinda blurred) glass, so it feels like you have no privacy in the bathroom. Especially since the toilet was facing the door, so your partner can see your silhouette, and definitely hear you. - The air conditioning unit is quite loud. Like really loud, making it difficul to sleep. When I was asked for feedback (nice that they asked), I mentioned this. They said that they are aware, although they are already using the supposedly best AC units of that kind that is on the market.
