-Location was prime for going into town at night, and accessible to all the excursions. -The staff was very friendly and attentive when needed. -Booking tours through the hotel was better than doing it via online services like viator and such.

-The breakfast was overpriced for what you could get in town for 1/2 the costs. -The aircon in the room dramatically dried us out at night, leading to feeling groggy in the morning. -Decent amount of mosquitos in the room, would have been nice to have a trap or something...

The staffs are all kind and accommodating. Whenever they see you they ensure to approach you with a smile and greetings. This is the first ever hotel I have experienced very excellent service. They upgraded our room because it’s our anniversary. Nevertheless, with upgrade or not. I will definitely come back here because of their people.

I love everything in the property. There had been an issue with water but it’s all throughout Coron and not the property’s lapses. They provided us mineral water when I called on regarding that. Air conditioner needs a bit of cooling but all in all very good experience with Vienna Hotel.

The rooms facing back smelled a lot like sewers. Windows face a wall so there is no sunlight.

very good location in the town proper, one short ride away from restaurants around the town. also near Mt Tapyas which is another attraction. staff were also very nice and accommodating, and facilities were clean. they have a roof deck (but not in use) with good views - pictures are taken from there.

when we went the wifi was only available in the lounge/lobby area, there was no wifi in the rooms. a bit of a bummer since we had to work during our stay. hot and cold water in the bathroom was also inconsistent - sometimes there was no hot water in the shower, and other times no cold water in the sink.

We are usually out for a day tour but every time we go back to our rooms the house keeping make sure the everything is clean and neat…they have super friendly staff that always greet you and the receptionist was very friendly and also extremely helpful especially during our tours they arrange everything…We are certainly be staying here again!

location was uphill and I'm not not fond of walking uphill but the staff will assist you for tricycle…and there is always tricycle every where…

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a wide variety of food that was well presented. The view from the roof top bar was excellent

The road getting to the hotel is very steep and was a challenge when using the transport motorcycle.

We love the breakfast. We especially like that it was Filipino breakfast since we are from the U.S.A. The view from the room was incredible. The staff was very professional and friendly. Always willing to answer any of our questions and they were always very helpful to our needs. Couldn't ask for a better room, view, and staff.

No elevator. The rooftop was a little smelly.

Staff are VERY accommodating! Can't say enough good things about them. We wanted some local foods that weren't on the menu and they literally offered to go into town and pick them up fresh and serve back at the hotel. 500PHP 24 hour scooter hire as well! Would happily return

Facilities were a little old. Building showing signs of age. But this is Coron. It's an island. Maintenance isn't easy or cheap. So for the price, I wouldn't call it a negative

Friendly staff. Nice pool. Comfortable and spacious room. You can almost everything from the hotel (laundry, shuttle airport, eat, activity..).

The way to go there is really steep. Food from the restaurant is just okay. They have so much opportunity to improve the hôtel but they do the minimum.
