The ladies at the Reception were seriously pretty and well dressed. 10/10

They are using a telephone to get in touch with the maintenance staff. This telephone has got a distinct ringing sound that's really annoying. I traveled to get away from work and the constant ringing of this phone even at like 9 pm kept reminding me of work. I hate telephones and ringing sounds. As this telephone was used seemingly all the time the ringing was almost constant and excessive.

The staff were really nice and they were very accommodating. The place was in the center of the city and has access to transpos such as jeepneys and E-tricycles if you want to roam around the city.

They don’t have an elavator. I carried 2 luggage and it was a bit of a hassle for me taking my things up to my room. But overall definitely would book in the same hotel if I’m not carrying any heavy items.

1) Just 4-5 minute walk to Roxas Night Market. 2) Courteous front desk personnel. 3) Room is well-maintained. 4) Spacious toilet. 5) It has hot & cold shower. 6) Just 2-minute walk to the nearest 7-Eleven store. 7) Parks are just nearby. 8) Good value for money.

1) No elevator. But we didn't mind since our room is just on the third floor.

I like the place because it is located in the heart of the city. I like the most especially a clean and wide room. Comfort room is also very clean, with funtional hot and cold shower, and bath tab. The receptionist is very accomodating and approachable.

The hotel has no elevator, it is not comfortable for the senior cetizens.

I like the location, their staff was pleasant and accommodating to my request, specially Karen. Thank you! 😊

Needs Improvement on the following: The towels though clean, looks like it's not because of the stains (they should replace it with new ones) and the toilet flush is almost not working. Maybe because the building is not that new.

About the room, very comfortable for us especially when it comes to the size and sa linis. Medyo sensitive kasi ako sa linis because of my allergy and so far, they passed. I even checked if there's anything under the bed na hindi nalinis before we sleep and wala akong nakitang unecessary. very well done sa Housekeepers po!

We didn't technically stayed in the room the whole day since we attended a conference. We left valuable things in the room and I can say the staff are trustworthy

Love that it was very spacious compared to other newer boutique hotels and it has the essentials. Very great value and near the club we went to.

Noises can be heard clearly. Especially the telephone ringing on the second floor.
