We did not avail of breakfast but the location is excellent. There is a "carinderia"/canteen beside the hotel offering BLD which is very affordable (meal is as low as Php 65) and delicious especially their tuna kinilaw. A lot of restaurants, carinderia to choose from. No fear of getting hungry. There is also a 7 Eleven and even Mercury Drug in the vicinity. Walking Distance to night market and people's park. There is a laundromat nearby. When using waze for direction, LA ANCLAR HOTEL will pop up. They have water dispenser, going extra mile for their guests. Good job! and yes!!!! they have an elevator.

Hot shower not working. No toothbrush (bring your own) Aircon, a little bit noisy.

1. Room size is ok. It has outside window. 2. Bathroom has hot water 3. They have free drinking water (cold and hot) in the lobby 4. They have elevator, good for senior citizens 5. Cable, wifi is good. Was able to work and connect to all remote servers. 6. Breakfast was good portion. Didn't like the coffee and the powdered juice though. 7. Location is good. right in the city center and very easy to get public transportation. Just one jeepney ride going to SM Lanang, Abreeza Mall. 8. Looks like they have parking since the sign outside says it is parking for the hotel. Not sure though, you have to ask for confirmation.

1. Staff at the lobby don't really greet you unless you approach them. The security guard though was really helpful giving us directions or whenever we have questions. 2. You need to tell staff you want your room clean and all linens and towels changed. We did not know this and so on our first day, we came back to a still messy room in the evening.

The elevator, location, and staffs are very efficient. Love the phone hospitality and accommodation of the parking space for private vehicles. Very near to the Roxas night market.

It's just the beds in the family room were not the same sizes. One of the double beds is quite smaller than the other. And no option to add beds if we want to add up guests.

I like how it’s close to the night market, the place is clean, some rooms have refrigerator we can use. and staff are all accomodating especially ms. saysay.

Corteous staff. Location is near foodparks and restos, also convenience stores. Clean and well maintained rooms. Also drinking water available in dispenser.

There was a problem in the booking with red doors, and what booking.com sent to the frontdesk. Good thing the graveyard on duty handled it well. Also, we're quite lucky there was available room for us that night. If not, it would be such a hassle.

Location wise, perfect. Cold room due to a well functioning AC. Clean room. Staff, ok.

Don't like their chair. One bed was a bit smaller than the other and it was supposed to be a room good for four. Good thing most of us were petite and we were able to fit on the bigger bed.

The location was great, situated in city center and accessible to restaurants and stores. The bed were cozy and they also have hot/cold shower. The beds were comfortable as well. I also like that they allowed us to leave our things there when we went early.

i stayed here for 6 nights (transferred to 3 rooms) and it was okay. The guards are very friendly and helpful got problem with my tires and they helped me where to find a mechanic.. they dont have MUR service thats why if your planning to stay longer you have to transfer to another clean room from time to time.. accessible to convenience store and resto. .
