Tropical Temple was beautiful - the facilities of the hotel and the pool were amazing. Especially to have facilities like that for the price paid in the dorm room - I've never stayed anywhere that nice in a dorm. The location was also great, although it is on the quieter road out of General Luna there is an alley way which has a short walk over to the hustle and bustle of Tourism Road. Also, if you are not staying at Tropical Temple you can use the pool for the day for 500php which you are able to consume food and drink up to that cost.

My only downside was the cleanliness of the dorm room bathrooms. I stayed at Tropical Temple in the dorm room on 2 seperate occasions and the first time assumed it was a result of the people staying in the dorm room (who were very inconsiderate and talked on the phone all night) but when I came back the 2nd time it was the same. The shower was filthy and had used product packages everywhere, the floor was constantly wet etc. I'm not sure if they were cleaned at all.

I stayed in the hostel part: the bed area feels private, the bathroom was clean and sometimes had actual hot water (not a guarantee on this island even if a facility says hot water), locker and towel were offered for free, the architecture, the garden and the pool are beautiful!

The motorbike parking area has no drain so when it rains the area fills up with murky water to the ankle. Not very sanitary especially if you have cuts on your feet. It is indeed a resort so may not be the right choice for backpackers and surfers as there are no accommodations like a shared kitchen or a surf rack. The restaurant/cafe vibe and staff are very nice but the food is expensive and the portions are small.

What a beautiful place to stay with a friendly & welcoming feel to it. The staff go above & beyond to ensure your stay here is seamless and enjoyable. Upon every arrival & return to the resort, we were kindly greeted with smiling faces of the staff saying, "Good morning, we hope you have a great day" or "good evening." The bar & pool area are fantastic to relax & unwind. We organized and booked many things through the resort, such as: Shuttle service to & from the Siargao airport, the island hopping tour, & a couples massage in our own room! We couldn't be more happy with our stay here. Highly recommend to all!

Couldn’t recommend our stay here more. We stayed here for 7 nights and upon arrival the staff had liaised with our family back home and helped to set up a special birthday surprise in our room which was so lovely and really set a positive vibe for our trip to Siargao! The rooms- both private and dorm- were extremely clean, had good AC and the whole place is so beautiful and nice to stay at! The staff here were so friendly and helped us so much with everything, we organised our boat tour through them which was 10/10, they helped us with renting a motorbike, organising our airport transfer etc and were always smiling and making the atmosphere nice. breakfast here was good too!

Only negative for us was the dorm was less for backpackers and we did not have a great experience with the group of people in our room but obviously not the fault of the hotel. We would still stay here again however!

The resort is perfect! Is in a street more quiet than the main one so is really relaxing stay here! The staff is the best one ever! Always smiling and always happy to help you! Rooms are really nice and the place offer you a daily washing of the room and change of towels! The swimming pool is a really good place for have some relax but also the sofa beds in the restaurant are lovely! If we will come back to Siargao we’ll for sure book again this place! Was fantastic! Aesthetically pleasing! The best hotel I've stayed at. With a modern design from the front entrance all the way to your room. If your into mother nature and modern art this place is for you. With a great colour palette enhanced by bold, contemporary nature surroundings creating an open, airy space that incorporate natural light in your room. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was excellent the bed comfy and very clean. Location was perfect 5min away from everything. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable experience.

It all start when I actually search for place to stay That was my first day and a lot of places was close already n full booked I found this place for the best place with a nice work space that was such a energetic in the images but I truly find when I came to the Resort that is actually more awesome then what I thought Very good people that stay at the hotel n so the staff even better so kind n understanding I already booked 2 more nights and it was such a pleasure to the rest of the time I was staying there Very recommended specially if you like to take inspiration from the look and very good food at the restaurant as well I saw they have a pool to but I better like the sea 😅 Have fun you don’t regret❤️

Excellent service! Staff were very friendly, all requests were accommodated timely, and they all seem to be genuinely happy to help. The facilities are great too!

Unfortunately you can hear the noise from outside of the cottage especially if there are people in the pool. Our room was close to what seems to be a staff room too where people were chatting or hammering things. It can be a bit difficult to relax when you had a big night or sleeping in. We informed them about it though and they actioned best they can.

The hostel was simply gorgeous, really tropical and in the middle of the jungle, but not far from the main hustle and bustle in GL. Loved working and chilling there, they also served great coffee fruit bowls. The animals were fun to have around and the pool fantastic for a nice dip in the evening. The beds at the dorm were comfy and great private space with lots of room, plus a locker. WiFi was good.

The bathroom was cleaned daily but one of the two loos wasn't working while there - and maybe it needed a bit of cleaning more often.

Its a beautiful place with good beds in the dorm, good food and a nice pool. There is enough place to chill. You can also arrange your surf lessons there and they will pick you up and bring you back. I had a really good stay. The location is good and you can get everywhere really easy. Rented a scooter there and it was good! Definitely recommend. The beds are comfortable with a lot of space and privacy.

The shower was broken with cold water and it took a couple of days to fix it. They also offered massage, but when you in a dorm they have no space for it. They let a therapist come over and asked me if i was oke with a massage on a pool bed. Like the shaped hard beds… i felt bad to say no because the therapist specifically came over but i expected that there would be massage beds. Its a really quite place so if you have to make effort to meet people.
