Food was well prepared and they had a good selection of drinks/cocktails. The bar area has an upstairs which is 'different' and worth a look for some chill time. The venue wasn't busy while we were there which suited us as this was a family trip - we almost had the pool to ourselves ! WIFI is very good with different routers located to cover both the bar and the rooms. Staff were A+++

Some daytime noise as the top floor is being rebuilt, but this wasn't excessive (electric hand tools) and the workmen had the weekend off. The previously reported problem of the shower flooding half the bathroom was still there in all 4 of the rooms our family occupied.

If you are looking for a strategic place wherein walking distance to restaurants, bars, party places, then this is NOT for you. The location is quite far from the bustling noise of the party life in Siargao and it's definitely not a walking distance to bars or even cloud 9. However, this place is perfect for relaxation, peace and quiet stay. Overall, the place is very aesthetic for picture taking. You can dip in their pool after a long day of tours and island hopping. Their WIFI connection is also strong esp at the restaurant/lobby area. The downside is slow when inside the rooms, or probably bcoz I stayed on the 2nd floor. It is just along the main tourism road and can easily hail a trike. The price per room is quite expensive for solo travelers like me. But the peaceful place and comfort will compensate for it. Their breakfast selection is great as well.

They don't have a regular/daily cleaning of the room. I stayed there for a week but no cleaning had been done. I am unsure about this, or maybe because I didn't request it anyway. Regardless, it didn't affect my pleasant stay in the place.

Great staff, brilliant location far enough from parties so it wasn’t loud but close enough that it was easy to get to everywhere in a few minutes.

Unfortunately there was ongoing construction during the daytime but this only lasted a couple of hours a day so didn’t bother us at all since we were out during that time.

Power off during the night so the emergency light turned on, a bit far from the main street and other hostels (but cheap tuktuks around) and a little overpriced in my opinion (not even breakfast included)

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Room is clean and complete with wifi, aircon, fridge etc. Bed is sooo comfy. Location is near the establishments and just a trike ride away to the famous Cloud 9. Highly recommended.

I like everything in VIlla Cali (facilities, services and FOODS!), most especially the staff. They are willing to extend help beyond their duties and responsibilities. 'twas indeed a memorable experience for me staying in Siargao (the land where she said "YES").

Villa Cali offers an excellent service. Staffs are very approachable and friendly. Rooms are very cozy and clean. if you are seeking for a Bali vibe accommodation, Villa Cali can offer that. Villa Cali is a lovely hotel just off the main road and a short walk to some restaurants. It’s got a pool and a nice garden view where they serve breakfast. Aesthetics of the rooms First and foremost, the rooms has its own unmistakeable personality, and no matter the location, you immediately know upon arrival that each rooms has its own unique interiors. Once inside, you will be impressed and pleased with the space and feel its personality in the vibe. Decor, appointments and treatments are in perfect sense and never seem gimmicky or that management was trying to be ‘fancy’. Elegant it is. Surely i will be back in Siargao and stay again in Villa Cali.
