One of the best we have stayed in Palawan, aircon, good Wi-Fi and hot water!!! Don’t listen to the recent negative reviews, our room wasn’t anything amazing (basic) but the facilities in the room were great! Wi-Fi was brilliant for Philippines! Staff were friendly and breakfast was included which was changed up everyday! Free water and tea and coffee whenever you wanted!

The roosters definitely wake you up in the morning (early) but there isn’t much they can do about that.

Value for money at Chelle's apartelle. Location is about 800m away from the town centre, for me this was good but if you want to be smack bang in the middle this isn't there. However I liked being out near the markets. Easy 2 minute scooter ride. Aircon is modern and worked great. Wifi always worked fine for me. Free water refills is the best thing ever. Breakfast is ok. They do laundry, motorbike rental, tour bookings, airport tricycle and offer all sorts of things like snorkels, water boots and other things that are needed in El Nido. Staff were helpful and freindly. Good bathroom with decent enough water pressure from the shower and a lot of hanging space in there. Wardrobe with clothes hangers to hang things in the room as well. Place to park off the street.

Those effing roosters! I generally wake up early, but not 04:10 every morning. Not sure if the other side of the building is the same or not but it was annoying. Bed is not good, feels like it has plastic on the mattress and you get sweaty because your skin can't breathe properly, could be more comfortable. Curtains could be a little bit darker.

Support the Locals. An apartelle run by chelle's family members. They are all nice and welcoming, emulating Filipino Hospitality. The facilities are just what you need for a comfortable sleep at night after a long day of touring El Nido. Also, offering basic toiletries. AC works well. Hot and Cold Water functional. Breakfast varries each day offering different menu of your choice. Great value for money specially when your travelling on a budget. Location is perfect, just a short walk from the center.

Wifi is a bit slow inside the room but better outside. A TV would be a great addition.

The staff is really nice and always very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, with working AC and confortable beddings. They provide free shampoo and soap samples as well as towels. This is a very good choice for people travelling on a budget and backpackers but that still want to keep a minimum of comfort. The breakfast was very good and varies everyday, free coffee/water is also available.

Shower is a little bit tiny and the pressure is not really high (like in most places in the philippines)

Great stay here! Clean rooms, hot showers and nice communal area to relax in with free coffee. Breakfast is simple, but good and gets brought to your room at the time you book it for. This is a simple place but we really enjoyed and extended our stay. Location is good and a short walk from the centre.

Only very small suggestion I would make is a bath mat would be good as the floor can get very slippery when you leave the bathroom and go in to the bedroom.

Cooked breakfast is good but fixed menu - ok if you not fussy. Family run place always a plus - lovely people. Location only 10 min to downtown - easy and safe to walk. Room itself is nicer than I thought with good desk.

Bit of a problem with water pressure in the shower

- one of the cheapest accommodations in el nido, Hot shower, working AC, delicious breakfast with fruits (vary everyday), free umbrella, free unlimited coffee and drinking water - you can request for new towels every day - walking distance to port, main road, and beach - very welcoming and kind staff especially Kuya in the reception and grandma - the staff were very helpful and assisted us in booking tours & reserving a van to PPS airport, and made sure we got the best seats

Great location. Great value for your money, fantastic option for budget travellers. Staff were fantastic and the room and facilities are good too. Breakfast is great and delivered to your door at your preferred time!!

Loud animals at night and in morning. However this is an issue you will find when staying in most places.

Super happy with Chelles Apartelle-Inn. Good location away from the hustle of the town but close enough distance to walk. The staff were extremely helpful with helping us organise transport and tours and scooters. Rooms were clean with hot showers and AC. wifi works really well here too. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Highly recommend

very hospitable place, best stay in our trip around Philippines. room spacious and well equipped, you can borrow some kitchenware if you need, they rent snorkeling equipment and organize island hopping tours. Nice touch is good breakfast served on balcony in from of rooms. I really appreciated silent AC and hot shower there. perfect location between nice Corong Corong beach and the city center within 5 min.walk
